All was great and the outside is great! Many things to do!

We were robbed in our apartment… this was not good but hey there was a gang there that did it to many hotels so was just a bad luck…

Very spacious room with large balcony. Kitchen well equipped except for no oven. Staff at reception were very lovely and helpful when I asked for help with anything. Shop staff also very kind, the shop is useful and the food by the cafe very nice and reasonable prices. Pool very nice and clean and the pool toilet facilities also very clean and well kept.

The apartment bathroom could do with a bottle of bleach in the shower! Discoloured tiles that need a good scrub. Dirty sock left in the wardrobe and under the beds which my kids moved to be further apart were very dusty underneath. Could do with cleaner at least a few times a week as I don’t go on holiday to clean the floors and towels myself! The smell of weed being smoked from the room below was awful to be the point we had to close the door when we were in the apartment. The bed is so so hard that my back is really hurting after 10 nights on it. The sound of the building site next to us at 8am was annoying but also our balcony was looking on to this building site! Walk to the local shop and there is dog poo piled on the side of the paths, absolutely stinks

Modern apartments clean to a high standard. Myself and my husband wanted a quiet break away from the main strip and this was perfect. We hired a car do being away from everything was no issue. The mini market and snack bar on site was a bonus and run by a lovely Italian man who was always friendly. All staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The area is also spotless with toilets that are clean poolside. We would definitely come back here as we loved our stay. Little gem in the south of Tenerife. I recommend that you hire a car if your staying here.

Parking was hit and miss you can pay to park on site but usually a space outside sometimes we had to park further down the street but no issue as 1-2 minute walk

Everything is good. You can feel that hotel is growing. They have everything what you need in hotel area if you decide to not go anywhere. The supermarket inside with fresh bread surprised me! (Just don't be afraid to bake longer ha). The locations is good if you looked at the map and chose to stay further from main cities. The town has a lot of restaurants, in reception we got recommendations where to eat. There is beach, supermarkets, parking is everywhere (don't need to use hill only). We asked further room from construction and we got it. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has more than needed. If you know what you are buying, you red everything (reviews, hotel descriptions) you know what to expect and how to ensure you good stay there. I believe this hotel will be better and better. And one day the pools will be heated too, ha;)

The facilities and attention to hygiene were first class. The pool, gym, mini golf and table tennis are very good. Large Smart TV, air-con and all necessary self catering facilities ensured we had home away from home when we stayed in!

Palm Mar is a quiet, residential area. There are some nice restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The location is ideal if you just want to relax by the pool, walk along the sea front and/or if you have very small children. As the area is poorly served by public transport, we hired a car for our two week stay, so we could really enjoy popular places like Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.

Wonderful and friendly staff that trying to accommodate to meet individual needs. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Most basic kitchen ware is meeting the needs. Its nice that pool towel rent is available. Property in all area is clean and after hours are quiet that its possible to rest. Little shop and snack bar is great addition. Friendly staff there too.

Things that could be better is the lights that are near small room window that when go on night hours are lighting up the room a lot. We felt that shade wasn’t sufficient enough not to experience flashing of strong lights indoor. Pool water can be quite chill on winter.

Location is a little remote, so a car is essential. The facilities are very good and the complex is relatively new and clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the in room washing machine is a big bonus. The bed mattresses are very firm and take time to get used too. The only negative is you can hear all furniture being moved from adjoining apartments, and the adjoining apartment lounge area backs onto the bedroom and you can hear every sound and word spoken. There are off site restaurants and a supermarket which caters for your every need and they are reasonably priced. There is an on site shop that offers basic essentials, we preferred the local shop which is not far to walk to and from.

We had a super nice stay. - The apartment was spacious with a big kitchen and the 2 separate sleeping rooms were great with the kids. From the balcony we had a really nice view on the swimming pool. - The swimming pool isn’t heated so it takes some getting used to, but it’s doable - Super friendly staff who made us feel welcome - Handy little supermarket/cafe to get daily food/drinks (there’s a bigger supermarket on 10 mins walk) - Fantastic Italian restaurants close by (Trigo/Casa Mia)

- A heated pool would have been better - Palm-Mar itself is quite dead so you need a taxi/rental car to go to other places

The staff are amazing & always a pleasure to deal with - even though I can't speak Spanish! The apartment is a fantastic size & the air conditioning is very effective. The pool is great & there are plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar & shop is perfect & the guys that work there do an amazing job! Really liked that we could stay by the pool on the last day after checking out. There is plenty of free parking on the main road near the apartment, with some spaces on the road right outside the apartment.

We had a great time but there are a number of areas that things can & should be improved on. When booking, it says a fully equipped kitchen. However it isn't fully equipped as it doesn't have an oven. Also, there are not enough cutlery or glasses. The bedroom pillows are very thin & uncomfortable. We had to put a towel under it to help. There is nowhere near enough hangers in the wardrobes. There is no air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms. There is no information on how to work the kitchen appliances - induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. There are no plastic containers to keep left over food in. No information on how to dispose of your rubbish. We had 3 small bin bags in the kitchen by the end of the week.

The apartment was clean and confortable with everything you need. Bedding was good, kitchen very convenient and AC is always a plus. Swimming pool is really nice and there are many other facilities such as a mini golf, a very decent outdoor gym and pool and ping-pong table. Location wise, if you’re looking for a quiet and safe area within a short drive to los Cristianos / the airport / Adeje, that’s your spot! Easy to park outside the hotel with free parking on the streets around. You have as well some restaurants / bars and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes to the beach with one of the best sunset spot of the island (Have a look around the Bahia Beach Club, you won’t be disappointed).
