Although the room is simple but complete with everything needed. Each floor has a water dispenser and iron board. Air corn is cold. Free parking 99 minimarket and famous Satay Celup is opposite/near the hotel Location is not in walking distance. But with own vehicle is still very easy to everywhere

Water pressure is not strong but still ok to take bath , it's not a big issue The light in room a littel bit dim

The L-shaped balcony was the best since we got a room at the end of the 5th floor. The view from the balcony was perfect. Coway water filter was provided.

The toilet door could not be locked. There were stains on the cup that could not be cleaned.

This is my 4th stays here. Strategic location with easy accessible to many places. Good parking spaces available. Friendly and helpful staff. Greet us every time we enter the hotel. Clean and nice room with good working air-cond. Bathroom is clean with power shower. Overall a good stay here and Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff! The bed was very soft and comfortable. Great water pressure, and even a mini fridge. Good value for money, would stay again

The TV channel was basic and limited, not much to watch on TV. Maybe can consider changing to smart TV and add more channels. The room we booked was smaller and not as spacious as the photos provided during booking. There was only one (1) iron and ironing board provided on each floor which is located near the lift. This was quite an inconvenience due to lack of privacy and having to leave infants and children unattended during ironing session.

Semua staff memang peramah. Tak kira waktu. Always smiling. Dari segi hotel. Yes, pretty good. Bilik bersih. All functioning. Exceed my expectations actually. Toilet bersih, not a single stain. Cumanya ad kotor sedikit di blinds in the bathroom. Coway dispenser and iron available in every floor beside the lift in each floor. Dari segi parking. It is available behind the hotel. Tapi kalau weekend atau public holiday, parking not enough and you have to park beside the hotel which is parking for bank customer so need to pay the parking fees within SVP Smart Parking Melaka apps. Kalau parking belakang hotel, theres an backdoor for entrance to the hotel so kita tak perlu pusing bangunan untuk ke main entrance at the front. Yeah, summary, memang recommend untuk semua. Dekat saja nak ke A Famosa, Taming Sari, Upside Down House, Jonker Street, Night Market, Asam Pedas JR

Water Pressure a bit low. I think this is due to the water heater machine sebabnya other water source such at the sink quite high pressure. Lift need to get repaired as the door sometime malfunction and fast closing evens just open.

4th time. Good clean bedding. Gleaming bathroom for a 7 or 8 yr old hotel. Balcony. Fridge, rare in Msian hotels. Always good staying here. Pay a bit more for Premier room for 3 people. Hot n cold water dispenser in hallway. Saw new Dunlopillo mattresses being delivered during stay. Some customers will get lucky.

Prefer 2 entry cards but AC works very well. Pity that cafe and breakfast were shut down since MCO. but there's good food just nearby.

Friendly front staff, nice ambiance, spacious room and bath room which has separated shower and toilet. Full amenities like 4 star hotel with affordable prices. Got coffee maker, fridge, safe box, many channels on TV and near to Jonker Street and Kota Laksamana..went there during Public Holiday Depavali. I was very lucky i didn't book a room at the town centre especially around Melaka Raya..can't even go there.. The road to Melaka Raya was jammed packed and at standstill. With this hotel i still can get around passing the town centre.. Thank you Arissa for a great stay.. Oh yeah the bed and pillows are very comfortable..
