The room was large and spacious. We got a room on the 15th floor (out of 17) with a beautiful view of New York City. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very big and comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room and a Nespresso coffee machine. Each day we received two new bottles of water and coffee capsules. The location of the hotel was excellent for us, 57th Street at the corner of Sixth Avenue. One block before the entrance to Central Park. Right below the hotel is a subway station (57th Street station, line F), we used it a lot. The hotel staff was nice. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning (at 8 am) and it was possible to store the luggage until check-in time. The hotel reception was available 24/7.

There is no option for breakfast, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. The lady at the reception said that she reserves a security amount on the credit card, because we arrived long before the check-in time. We then found out that she charged the card for the full amount of the stay, it was a little annoying because we wanted to split the charge into two separate cards.

The location of the hotel simply could not be better, I loved the fact that I could go for a quick run in Central Park every morning. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the elevators were very quick to arrive. The room... oh, the room! So clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfy! If it wasn't for the fact that there was a whole New York City out there for us to see and explore, my boyfriend and I would stay in bed the entire day. There are subway stations, pharmacies and 24h mini markets near the hotel. The gym was good, very clean and well equipped with the essentials. We also asked for a microwave in our room and the staff got us one, which was great. By the way, the staff in general was excellent, absolutely no complaints. Everyone was very polite and considerate to our requests. Thank you!

The check in time is way too late, at 4 p.m. We arrived very early, around 10 a.m., and since we were very beat and tired from the long trip we ended up getting an upgrade so we could get a room immediately. It wasn't in our plans to spend more money and I see that as a negative point. Of course I understand that the informations about the check in time was pretty clear from the beginning. Also it was offered for the staff to keep our luggage so we could hang around the city more comfortably and wait for our room, which was great, but just imagine waiting for around 6 hours while you're already exhausted. So, long story short, I think the check in time could be earlier. Other than that, no complaints.

Elevators are a very slow chore to wait for. Paper cups vs proper mugs for coffee machine. Quite expensive for what you get (but it’s New York!)

they need to speed up the renovation of their restaurant so guests have a place for breakfast. no in room dining or breakfast available which is a downside.

The rooms and public areas are extremely comfortable and immaculately clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests. The rooms offer all the necessary amenities and high-quality facilities for guests' convenience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an excellent and unique experience. I will definitely return in the near future.

Room was very clean, amenities appropriate. Loved that hotel was walking distance to Central Park, nearby shopping and multiple food options. Since we like to walk- wasn't a big deal to walk to Times Square from there nor the theatre district. Also easy access to subway station. Love that water is included in room ( especially in this heat).

Hard to find someone to help open the doors- many times there were standing around and chatting- being unhelpful. Perhaps have the front desk advise about location of the window blinds remote- Ideally that should be at the bedside or at least near the window- Was NOT expecting it to be by the AC and this after searching forever to locate it.

I have never had the opportunity to live in such a luxurious hotel before. It's a fantastic place: close to 5th Avenue and Central Park. Life here is bustling. The room is very spacious and large, and it had everything I needed. Additionally, they kindly provided me with an adapter. The view from the window was magnificent: we were staying on the 15th floor. Housekeeping was done every day.

For some reason, on the third day of my stay, they took the shower gel from our room and never returned it. Additionally, the housekeeping was done too early - at 8:30 in the morning, they would knock on our door and open it, even though we weren't ready to leave.

The area is very noisy and in particular because of police or ambulance’s sirens making noise frequently during the night. Even if we were on the 9th floor sometimes it was difficult to sleep:) There is no breakfast or room service available in the hotel. The interaction with the personnel of the hotel was very limited and some online messaging that I had with the hotel before staying there was really weird.
