We booked a suite for our wedding. It was absolutely stunning and spacious. The rooms were amazing.

We had a bit of confusion upon check-in regarding exactly what type of room we had booked and what we had been given. After a few hours, though, the staff was able to resolve everything which we appreciated! Upon checking out, I quickly realized I had made the mistake of leaving my eyeglasses in the room. This was my error, however the glasses were never found and it took five phone calls with the hotel to even speak to anyone about looking for it. Only after refusing to call back again did someone say they would check and reported to me they had not been located. A bit frustrating, but overall our stay was good.

The concierge services (Howard & Carolyn) were amazing and they enriched our experience in the city. The room was nice & the in room dining was tasty. Great location for amazing walks in NYC.

Apparently there was some weird feud between the housekeeping and the in-room dining personnel, whereby the housekeeping refused to remove used glasses, dishes or anything else used at breakfast and just left it in our room for us to find when we came back. This happened every day (even though we informed housekeeping) and we didn't appreciate it.

Free coffee was a nice surprise! Your staff is wonderful! Johnny-on-the-spot, attentive, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and capable. Food was delish. Felt very safe in the hotel, and our room was surprisingly quiet. Everything operated flawlessly, and nothing on our room was in need of repair. Your beds and pillows were the most comfy ever! Oh and the complimentary champagne and dessert for our anniversary put it all over the top.

We talked about this. Neither one of us could come up with a single thing!

Great location ....near Central Park ..lots of good restaurants nearby .

The central park views were amazing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and good as insulating noise, (other than the elevator next door that kept banging into our wall early in the morning as others were using it). The staff was great, and the location was perfect as it is right by Columbus Circle and faces Central Park.

Not much to report here. The elevator next to our room was noisy when it opened as it bangs open, unlike the other elevators that opened more smoothly. Also, the pillows were too large and bulky - not good for sleeping in, but lounging is ok.

rooms were different. my son got a nice room with a big walk-in shower and extra space in his living area and a walk-in closet, whereas in my room, it was just the basic normal hotel room with the bed with not much space to walk around it at all a small closet, type closet, and an old bathroom with the tub and metal arm poles for the handicapped - and I was forced to pay the same price for both

We enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so accomodating and really wanted us to enjoy our stay there. kevin was the best helping us with reservations and the hotel was kid-friendly. Definitely will be back!

Gorgeous hotel and location

Room wasn’t ready until really late in the day as they said the previous people had a late check out and then when it was ready they forgot to put a roll away bed in which then wasn’t brought up until 10.00 that night

Our room was spacious and always clean. Our view of Central Park was amazing. Staff was very kind whenever we had a question. Bell and front services were always there to help. Great staff, great location, great room.

I liked everything.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our 2 kids. It was so spacious. I was concerned because the website indicated that a renovation was being done in the lobby- I didn't see or hear a thing so they've done a great job concealing it from guests.
