The only thing I didn't like was the fact the window shadows didn't keep out the morning sun, so it was difficult to sleep in. Other than that, I loved my stay. I have stayed at this location multiple times and will continue to stay here if it meets my needs while visiting NYC.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and surprisingly large for New York - I was pleasantly surprised, checking in was smooth and every member of the team that we met and engaged with were professional and went out of their way to provide assistance. The facilities were also great - the gym, cinema room, laundry services etc.

Prior to my arrival, I needed to pay for the booking in advance due to the fact that I was arriving later than my family. This was an EXTREMELY difficult process and I had to provide so many documents and jump through so many loopholes in order to pay! I am a seasoned traveller and have never been through such an arduous process. Sara and her team were professional and did their best to accommodate but this is a note to higher management to look into this - it needs to be streamlined and in line with payment processes in 2025.

Great stay and Giovanni was the star of our show! He met us at the Uber and took our bags in. Checked us in EARLY to our huge, clean, stylish room and seemed to always be there as we came and went. All hotel staff were amazing! We were welcomed with a little swag bag :) Free laundry was great, as we had already spent a week on vacation and needed a refresh. The lounge was a nice spot for a drink in front of the warm fireplace. AKA was a great spot to kick off the dream Christmas in New York leg of our vacation!

We were on the 14th floor, with blackout shades, but the exterior uplights still made for a bright room until just before 6am each morning. I would avoid this floor in the future, but definitely stay again at the hotel!

Top location, very spacious rooms (technically small apartments) per Manhattan standards. Also very well equipped. We've got a big microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and it was a great plus to see paper towels and dishwashing liquid provided.

There's some noise either from AC or fridge in a room. Also the rooms and doors are not very soundproof. Nonetheless it was very rare we heard voices from outside. It's also hard to get nice view from this hotel, but this is Manhattan. Our view on surrounding buildings was totally acceptable

Spacious room and living room, comfortable bed, almost complete kitchen. Super friendly staff. They were able to change the shower head to a handheld one to accommodate my husband who was recovering from surgery.

Poor lighting, no cooking utensils, bathroom was a bit too small, hard to have everything needed at hand.

Excellent location and excellent staff and very safe . Easy to walk to 5th Avenue and the main shopping areas. Easy access to public transport. Room very spacious. Excellent service from the staff as we requested extra furniture for the room plus other small requests which was very promptly addressed. We also managed an earlier check in timing !

Shower hot water not working very well. Toilette bowl had intermittent problems. Bathroom area is cramped and does not cater for 2 pax. Access to the shower could be problematic if you cannot bend your knees properly. Half of our room did not have adequate lighting.

Location, good room space, renovated room, we got a quite room at end of corridor and window to an empty land (rare thing in the heart of Manhattan

Nothing to complain, although prices are not cheap. We didn’t try/not sure about how is breakfast. We had a studio with a mini kitchen and had our breakfast in the room.

Excellent location, close to Fifth Avenue and Central Park, near shops and restaurants Our suite was spacious and well lit. I particularly like having access to a laundry room during a hotel stay.

The furniture in our room looked a bit rundown, the couch in the living room would need new upholstery.

Excellent location and the staff couldn’t be better. I had mentioned one of the reason for our travel was our Anniversary and they had flowers and a bottle of wine in the room. Small details that make the difference.

We had to sleep with opened windows because it got warm at night and there is no ac. But the outside noise got us up early. I found the mattress and pillows not to comfortable.

Amazing location. Decent sized room.

No stove in kitchenette.
