Very clean, spacious, near local spots and visiting spots. Staff were all professional, helpful and kind.

The hotel was great, the only thing that reduced our experience from a perfect score was that another guest hit my car causing major damages. They did not leave their information. Now what would have been the perfect trip celebrating our daughters birthday turned into insurance claims and body shop work. Luckily, one of the staff reported the incident at 4:31 am. I'm hoping the manager will be able to share further details with camera footage/report so I can file with insurance claims

The room was clean and very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom and 6 people . It had a full size fridge . And small kitchen area for cooking which is great . The hotel has a lending locker with games and other supplies you can borrow from the hotel . Staff was very pleasant . Theres a mini store inside with ramen noodle ..danishes...mini muffins.. energy drinks ..chips and candy .. and some other things .. frozen breakfast stuff . Very convenient

They were doing remodeling and the AC in the master room was leaking water from outside during the storm into the room . However the maintenance man came quick and took care of the issue right away .

Large room with a kitchenette, a clean bathroom with plenty of counter space, and lots of room for storage. Pretty comfortable bed, and outlets by the bed. Room was cleaned well, and there were clean kitchen supplies provided. Plenty of parking available even though it was busy, helpful staff at the front desk, and a safe-feeling location tucked back behind and above hotel circle.

Smoking area is right outside the lobby, so the rooms smelled fine but the lobby smells smoky.

Pictures on booking.com. It’s not the same. The hotel looks better than the pictures. I think they upgraded the hotel but they didn’t show the upgrades the pictures on booking.com. The hotel looks very well in person.

The room was bigger than expected. Everything was new.

Location, staff friendliness, clean and lots of room for a family of 5. Room was spacious. We booked the 2 bedroom suite. Will definitely book again.

The stove top didn't work in our room but since we were there to vacation it was OK, I wasn't planning on cooking anyways. There is also no pool just a small spa area. Other than that everything else was great.

Everything in the hotel was great. The staff was always having a good disposition to help, the facilities and the rooms were clean, the rooms were having big spaces to been in family, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable.

The locations for the hotel is not too close to San Diego's downtown.

Cleanliness. The suite was spacious. Was expecting 2 room suite with bed for 5 and it was there. Unlimited coffee / tea making facility near the reception area.

Had to pay USD 10 for parking. Would expect this to be included in the room rate.

I wish they would have clean the room at least one time during our stay. The room was very clean to begin with, but after a few days it did need some cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and a bonus was there was free washing and drying machines. The staff were friendly and nice. We had no issues with noise at all. We will definitely be back.

The hotel does look a little old. The only issue we had was the pull out couch bed frame was broken but we just put the mattress on the floor. Honestly would totally come back.
