It was an excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mr. Milquiades received us pleasantly and ensured we had a great stay - Thank you! Our waiter was amazing with us during our breakfast at the Garden Grill, food was delicious. Everyone was attentive and courteous. We will come back for sure. Thank you for making our Christmas time holiday happy and comfortable. The location is superb, many diverse restaurants and shops to experience.

The buffet is pricey and limited to basic items. I recommend what we had: the incredibly delicious omelette and french toast. Custom breakfast orders are better in our opinion.

Loved the location of this hotel - super convenient to everything. There are many food options, groceries, pharmacies and great clothing shopping nearby! It is a safe, clean and upscale area. The bed was also very comfortable.

There was a tortilla chip in the closet area :( The bathroom and bedroom seemed clean, but I was a little grossed out by that chip on the floor - seemed like they did not sweep. The towels and everything in the room, as well as the common areas were otherwise clean, so I did not dock them too much for the chip!

The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The Booking.com information re: the address took both my daughter and me (coming from different locations and both using GPS) to the wrong place. When I tried to call the hotel at the number provided, I got an answering machine. We found the correct phone number by going to the Hilton website. Someone should check that information on booking.com and make the appropriate changes.

Close to Rollins college with many dinning options at walking distance. Large room, very comfortable.

Breakfast was decent. Only coffee, no lattes. I paid extra for breakfast with two guests staying in the room but found out only one person had breakfast included. Should have gone to a Starbucks.

Great room. Comfy bed. Good location. Nice large bathroom and shower. Helpful staff. It was a very pleasant stay with great dining options all around. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Restaurant was too slow for breakfast and we had to leave without ordering. They were probably short staffed. It happens.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for working and rest. There are a couple of good restaurants outside the hotel but just a few steps away, and many other shops and restaurants nearby.

Keurig was a little wonky but worked after opening and closing three times (followed the instructions but it did not brew until the third go round). Desk staff were efficient at check in, not super friendly. At check out I requested a work receipt and was told it would be emailed “right away” but I haven’t received it yet.

I really appreciate the digital check in and out. The bed was very comfortable. Safe location with free spacious parking. The little store they have on site is convenient. Very very clean

Water in the shower took a while to warm. The bar closes too early with no options to purchase beer.

Breakfast was not included with my stay. House keeper could have done better. Asked for vacuum the room was not done. I guess during my nearly week stay I guess the sheets does not get changed.

Cleanliness, room and bed comfort, great black out window treatments, minimalist modern decor, great location. Kurig coffee maker was very good.

Very few food choices in the lobby store. Milk, juice, healthy muffins or bagels should have been available. I could have used one more mirror out in the room for natural light. A trash can for recyclables would be appreciated.
