Great location for exploring the surrounding areas, close to wine farms and restaurant, but far enough away to have that "in the country feeling". The property was a decent size with good views and easily accessible. Every morning the firewood was replenished which was a great help as it saved us having to restock all the time.

There were insufficient wine, beer and water classes. The wine classes that were there were all different sizes and there was one each (4 glass) for the entire property. Coffee mugs were also different sizes and once again - one each.

The property is in a beautiful location out in the countryside about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Stellenbosch. Stunning views of the mountains from our veranda made having breakfast on the deck extra special. The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious with sufficient furniture and accessories to ensure a very easy and relaxing few days. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely have Mont Angelis on our list if we get back to Stellenbosch in the future.

Such a lovely place! The location is terrific, offering you stunning views to the surrounding mountains. Especially during sunrise and sunset! The cottages themselves offer everything you need and are very well equipped. A special bonus: Waterford vineyards (and Dornier) are only a 15min walk!

Honestly nothing!

The property and location exceeded our expectations. Very quiet and peaceful. A great place to get away for a quick escape out of the busy city. The unit was extremely spacious and everything was to our liking. The bottle of wine upon our arrival was great gesture as well and Lee-Anne the property manager is very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay and thats what all we needed.

If you want complete relaxation this is the place to be .. There's no TV. Very quite . Nice walks . Near some beautiful vineyards. The sound of the many birds . And the different colours of the mountains . Comfortable beds . Great space.

Not enough beds to lie out at pool. The 4 that are there needs cushions as they very uncomfortable.

Thr staff interaction with me.. the room is amazing The wine as a gift. The fireplace. To wake up.with the sound of nature.. to spend my 50th was a honour and I am.priviledge to have doene that at Mont Angelis. My brother and wife and friend loves the experience. It is peaseful and quiet and I will be back!!

The 2 nights in cottage 9 were wonderful. The cottage has lovely views, and the decor/fittings are great. So peaceful, clean, very comfortable mattress, and a fireplace that heats up the whole cottage. It was a perfect getaway! The host communicated well and was very helpful. I look forward to returning.

Lovely Location, close to town but in between the mountains. beautiful views, sunrise, sunset! The fireplace and the stoep! Safe.

We could not get tv to screen-share, but the beautiful views made up for it!

Everything in the cottage was on par, it was clean, the next morning, I received a knock on the door for house keeping, which I really didn't expect, friendly staff aswell.

What is there not to like, the view from the cottage was amazing.

Absolutely outstanding! Made our stay in Stellenbosch unforgettable. Host is very nice and professional. The cottages are huge and comfortable. It is located in the best part of Stellenbosch. Close to everything but at the same time peaceful. Surrounding absolutely beautiful. Thank you , we will be back.
