The breakfast was good, the sausage looked weird? kinda grey? It was turkey sausage which is fine, but it just looked weird. Staff was very nice. Location for us was great,we had a baseball World series tournament and everyone else stayed in Destin and had a bit of a drive to field we had 4 mins!

Well our last night we had no hot water, and the next morning either. I told the girl at desk she said oh so sorry, I think they were working on the water? I know it was hot outside but I really didn't want a cold shower. Also I guess that during our stay they only empty trash and give you towels? I could tell the floors hadn't been swept because I could feel sand on them from our flip flops.

Great location around multiple restaurants and fast food places, and isn’t that far from the beach or from roadways leading to bigger cities surrounding. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The building was well kept inside and out, and the room size was more than average for the king size bed—I was extremely impressed by that alone. In the shower, they also provide actual nice branded shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel which is an added bonus. For sure would stay here again next time I need a hotel in the area.

They provided me with extra linens as requested so that I was comfortable. This was due to my phobia with staying in hotels. The front desk host saboyya(?spelling) was excellent, friendly and extremely helpful .

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave a day early but was unable to get a refund or credit for a stay at another time because I booked through booking.com. I sent an email friday night to inform them of my need to leave early and was directed to discuss this with hotel which i was informed by the host that i would have to discuss any changes with the third party based on how i booked my room.

Upon checking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I entered my room to find that it was very clean and nice I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like the breakfast I felt like instead of trying to be fancy-schmancy with a pancake maker that didn’t work a regular waffle iron would have been good. The sausage were too greasy. The orange juice was watery and needed to be change. I also think you need a better selection of breakfast other than that I would stay again.

Check in was seamless, quick and efficient. Matthew was very friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Took less than 5 minutes to get all set up with the room, hotel info and keys. Really set the stay off on the right foot !

The continental breakfast was good but not great. The coffee in the rooms was tasty, but since I drink a lot of coffee, there were insufficient quantities in my opinion.

The breakfast was great . it was a lot of waiting around on the service to put it out more food when the pans became empty. because they kept running out of food .

I literally didn’t like waiting 10 and 15 minutes for The servants to bring out a tray of food they serve six people we had over 10 to 15 people waiting . People was just constantly asking where is the food ? Is they bringing out more ? I feel like they should’ve been more prepared for the numbers or guests coming down all that once .

I arrived at 3am and was very well attended by Miss Samoya. She was super kind and friendly! The room was very clean. The next day our breakfast, which was almost at 10am, was complete, the guy who was replacing all the items was very helpful and polite. I was really impressed with the quality of service and the entire structure of the hotel. I will definitely be back!!!

The room was very nice it was clean the young lady from house keeping was very nice and professional.

The water was not very hot they came and checked, he said you have warm water but I didn't like there answer because they'really didn't fix the problem. We did not say anything but the air conditioning was not working very well ,when we would come back k from being out it was cooler in the hallway then in our room we had it set at 7i' and it was around 75'

The king bed feels like a brick with a sheet over it. Very hard and uncomfortable! Also, their free breakfast is pitiful. The pancakes are very thin and taste like rubber, the variety and selection is just as sad. We ate it once then decided to go out to neighboring restaurants for breakfast instead, which is a bummer because we chose the hotel due to breakfast being included.

The hotel manager and her staff were welcoming, available, accommodating. Makes a difference for sure. The breakfast hostess presented a wonderful spread each morning. Thank you.

Perhaps a little more attention given to a true cleaning of the bathroom between guest stays.
