LOCATION!!! The best! It is in the middle of the touristy attractions and activities. My husband had a fractured foot so we had to rest in between activities and the location was perfect for us! STAFF ☺️ They were all very friendly and accommodating. We had very smooth transactions with them and though we had issues with our key card, fortunately they were quick to help us all the time.

Needs to be updated. I think maybe because the rooms and furnitures were old that it seemed dirty. Also, our secondary card key kept getting defective so we had to always pass by the reception to have it fixed.

Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls At the Falls offers a convenient and budget-friendly option for those looking to explore the beauty of Niagara Falls. The hotel's location is excellent, situated within walking distance of the falls and other popular attractions, especially Clifton Hill. The rooms at Travelodge are clean and comfortable, and provide all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. While the decor may not be the most modern, the rooms are well-maintained and offer a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Although the hotel doesn't have extensive facilities, it does offer complimentary Wi-Fi and your own microwave oven, and some discount to a family breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. We had to pay for parking which I didn't think should happen. I don't feel that any guest who has a reservation for the property should pay for parking. Our room was in a nice space and had a nice view.

We had a room with 2 beds; 1 of the beds were fine, but the other had a huge dip in the center of the bed. Because it was the bed that the kids slept in, and we did not want to have to change rooms, we did not complain about the bed. However, I hope it gets fixed for any future customers.

Close to all the action and easy to get in and out of. Will stay again!

Walls are a little thin.

This is the second time we've stayed at Travelodge. It's a great location if you plan on spending a significant amount of time on Clifton Hill and an easy walk to the Falls. Room was spacious enough, had a fridge and microwave, and was clean. Beds are comfortable, and despite being on the hill, surprisingly quiet. A great place to stay that's easy on the pocket book. And the night guy... loved the music sir...loved it 😍 All the staff were friendly, and after a lo g drive or a long day, that's important.

Unlike the first time we stayed, there was no counter in the bathroom. There's a shelf, but that's only good for putting stuff onto.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and efficient. When we arrived, the hall upstairs stunk of smoke, even though it was non smoking. I mentioned it as we headed out to explore, and staff took it seriously, asked questions and immediately went up to investigate.

Room was clean, but room was dated. The bathtub was clean but didnt look it, as the floor of the tub had mark's from old skid stickers that was unappealing. The water flow was strong, but the tub backed up as you showered. The toilet didnt flush well, we often had to flush multi times.

The rooms overall were great with big beds. The location is close to the falls and other entertainments. Staff were nice and helpful as well. The price was good and it met my expectation overall.

The place did not have an electric kettle for tea, there was only coffee machine only. No slippers but it would be nice to have one or two pairs. I booked 2 rooms but my cousin told me his room smelt weird. The washroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion but did not have an important item which is face wash. Good thing I brought mine.

Location is very accessible to most of the attractions and restaurants we went to. I asked if I could leave our luggage and bags after we checked out (11am) so we could still go around the city before going to the airport ( flight at 640pm), and indeed, they have storage for them. 😊 Very accommodating and excellent service. Definitely, we will be back on this location. Thank you! 😊

None that I can think of... We are most likely on the street or outside the whole day and come back to take a rest and sleep. 😊

We found parking easily at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly. Check in and out was simple and easy. the staff were helpful in getting us cutlery when we needed some.

We found parking easily at the hotel, but the main spots near the front were constantly blocked off for new guests checking in, so we had to park further and walk in the rain I liked that the room was close to the lobby but was a bit unfortunate that we kept having to walk through the lobby to get there

Even if it's an older hotel, it was great. Especially the water supply and the cleanliness of the room. The moment we stepped inside our room, the smell was so good.There is also a microwave in each room. Unlike other hotels, we need to find one to heat our food.

The noises above us, but once we called reception, it was gone. It was past midnight, and it looks like there were 20 people up there. It was fixed immediately. Security was sent to that room. Nothing more.
