The location was very convenient, being close to Launceston and also it is partly on its way to Devonport which was our ultimate destination. We have often used it as an overnight stay having landed in Launceston around 8.30-9.00 at night. We then have a short drive to Hadspen, a good night sleep and then we are refreshed for our drive to Devonport.

We are generally happy with the accomodation. However we occasionally find ourselves in one of the older rooms, however as this rarely happens it is not really an issue for us. The area around Hadspen and its river is very pretty particularly on a frosty morning.

Location. We were travelling between Devonport and Launceston so Hadspen suited us fine for access to both towns. Due to low temperatures water flow was a problem. The staff worked hard to fix these issues. Well done to the staff.

We found the beds somewhat uncomfortable.

I was sleeping in the bunk bed. We booked for 3 and yet I still had to make my bed..the mattress designed for young children as it was foam. My hip bone bruised as it was hitting the slats. All that being said my parents in the queen bed said they were very comfortable. The heating was good

This park is one of the best parks for facilities I've ever come across. Very clean well equipped facilities. Clean neat cabins and everything you could need is there for your stay. Staff were lovely to deal with, prompt at replying to messages and the park in general is kept very nice. If we ever travel back to tasmnaia we would definitely stay here again.

Location was good, close to Launceston and easy to get to. Cabins are a good size and very practical. Kids loved the playground.

There was roadkill on the main road to the rear of the park that was obviously not the fault of anyone but it was extremely smelly.

It was in a great location for travelling around d the area

The bed was small and no bedside tables, the furniture was in need of updating but was functional but could have been better laid out.

When we arrived we got a great greeting even though I had made a mistake with the day of booking. Location was very convenient. Facilities were great eg we needed to do washing & it was easy & clean. Office available for change & powder.

I wanted to book an extra night however was unavailable. that is not the fault of Hadspen Discovery Park though it is just an indication to me that is a good place to stay.

The location was convenient when arriving on a late flight. Having stayed there before, we knew how to deal with the late night arrival process which is really easy. The rooms are good and have cooking facilities.

Quite location easy access and safe area

mattresses on all the beds past their use by dates.making a reckless nights sleep for all the family almost that bad we considered going somewhere else after the first nights stay.

The cabin and facilities were very clean. Staff super friendly and the location was great. We used the park as base and went around the area.
