Great little spot tucked off main road. Short walk to beach front but seems far away from the main beach front busy street. Great communal garden with simple table and chairs creates a nice community feel. Washing and drying facilities with powder provided was much appreciated and provision of salt, pepper and oil a great touch. Spacious, bright, comfortable for our family of four (two older teenage kids)

Slightly run down but perfectly adequate

The apartment was comfortable overall and had everything we needed. Access was easy with a keypad entry. It has a comfortable lounge suite and a six person dining setting. There is a convenent parking space at the front of the apartment. It is close to the beach and Rye shops with many places to eat. Being off the main road made it quiet. We would stay there again.

The bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for larger adults.

We loved the space the apartment provided. When we needed help, we had a direct number to call and got our support from the friendly hosts. The dinning table provided us with plenty of space to play our card and board games too. This location is a short drive away from the Peninsula Hot Springs too.

The bunk beds were quite creaky, we took the pillows from the main room when we did sleep in the bunk beds too. The bathroom is a lil small but had all the required facilities in it.

Homely and clean property. Kids love the courtyard where they were able to just sit on the benches enjoying the sun. Near to shops and beach. Love the games & books incl the folder filled with brochures and discount cards of local shops/services.

Nothing except would prefer if a lighter was also provided rather than just the matches to light the gas stove. Only a few sticks left in the box and I had a bit of difficulty with them, my bad!

Complete kitchen amenities including pots, plates, cups,etc which is handy. Bathroom amenities - everything we need, it is available. Cozy lounge which is relaxing when you wanted space to rest. Very spacious bedroom, clean sheets and pillows.

Apartment is old and I guess blinds needs replacement but that's just a minor issue.

Kitchen was well equipped, beds relatively comfortable, close to everything, little outdated- but all a family needs.

Lots of ants, air conditioning only in lounge (had to sleep with bedroom doors open); very noisy in apartment near front due to road noise, tv antenna cord broken- informed owners.

Such a lovely apartment, had everything we needed, it had a frying pan! (Another review said it had no frying pan) Hair dryer and portable heater, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid. Bed was super comfy! And communication was really good and we got in super easy.

The trucks that go past are a bit noisy but no biggie and they’re older style apartments but everything was comfy and beautifully decorated.

From the first steps of walking in, it was exactly like the pictures. We were very happy staying. We stayed with out try daughters, and they were also happy as well. Everything was clean and easily accessible and we will definitely be coming back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Accomodation was clean and more spacious than expected. Enough room for three adults and three children. Lovely shared yard and enough kitchen space for us to share a meal. We were able to arrange late check-out without hassle and the hosts were very accommodating.

The Holiday Beach apartments is located in a good area where its only a short drive to restaurants and sightseeing areas. Our apartment was quite spacious, it could hold 6 people with its 2 bunk beds & 1 King size room. There was only one bathroom and one air conditioning unit, but there were settings in the bathroom to allow the room to be warm after a shower. In the kitchen there are plenty of utensils that can allow guests to prepare their own food, there is a Woolies a short drive away from the apartments too, otherwise MenuLog does exist in this area too.

The drive in area to park your car for apartment 5 was at the back end of the property, we were luck we took our RAV and not our hatchback because of the number of potholes in the dirt based and narrow driveway. The TV was a small size compared to the shelf its placed on, it's not a smart TV that allows you to stream Netflix and other streaming platforms. We connected our switch and managed to watch Youtube and play games, however the internet was quite weak in apartment 5. Because the way the apartments are aligned, you can hear your neighbours if they are speaking loudly or walking around the porch and communal picnic area.
