it’s centrally located and the breakfast was very good.

the hotel staff did not speak English very well and we had difficulty with comminication. there was construction going on next door. my key card would not work even after going back down to the lobby front desk for a new key and back to my room again. after the second time I had the front desk staff come help me but he couldn’t get my door to open either. somehow the workers next door were able to open my door with their cards. we ordered laundry service but it wasn’t done by the next day as they had promised. little things like this made our stay a little trying.

This hotel is centrally located and has wheelchair accessible rooms, including a wheelchair accessible bathroom (no walk-in shower) if you can get the right room. The staff are very accommodating and helped me with special circumstances that I had, arranging special transport for me in my wheelchair. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast included with the room was not very good. I only ate there once, though my son enjoyed the hotcakes!

Location EXCEPT for the proximity to a nightclub. Not a problem unless you are traveling with a young family. Shower was excellent, breakfast adequate, staff service also adequate, AC did the job

Room was very small, but functional. Issue was the nightclub next door. Noise was bearable if you wear earplugs. Room had no windows (inside courtyard)

It's very short waking distance from everything in the center, really close to the zócalo, and the night clubs. Breakfast is good and the staff very very kind, it has elevator, so you don't need to carry your luggage upstairs. Everything is clean and in the room we had a little balcony that face to the street.

Because is so close to the night clubs, during weekends can be to noisy, but if you are not a light sleeper that's not a problem.

The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. Tons of amazing food, galleries, bars, botanical gardens, large market, shopping. Staff are helpful. We had a room with juliette balcony over-looking the street - I highly recommend splurging a bit more to get these rooms; bright, airy and comfortable. Other rooms have windows looking into the hallways, so no natural light, kinda fishbowl-y.

The free breakfast is limited. We stayed for a week over Day of the Dead 2022 and we didn’t stay on premise to eat once. They do have wifi but was challenging to work after 9am as it became quite slow. I personally like nosy streets but if you’re around the area during a festival and a light sleeper this could be an issue for you.

Quiet. Centrally located. Clean beyond reasonable expectations. The staff cleaned and cleaned all day and afternoon. Stuff that you wouldn’t even think was necessary to clean like the floor lip on the other side of the railing. The slats between the wood art divider. Rooms that weren’t being currently stayed in. Multiple times a day! Free water bottles and breakfast.

No Pool ? Nah. Didn’t matter.

Breakfast was not good. Room was very dark with no windows to outside. Lots of steps to get in and out.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is central to all the main sites of beautiful Oaxaca. It is located in the historical center of the city, and one can safely walk everywhere. The staff was extremely courteous and so helpful! I messaged this hotel at the time of booking to request a view and/or a balcony. I was surprised to receive an immediate response from Marco Antonio the following day. He was very helpful and able to reserve a room with a balcony for my stay for a small difference. This large room with so much sunlight from our balcony made a huge difference! I also appreciated the breakfast included in our stay. It made it so convenient especially when we had early tours scheduled. I want to also thank Karina, Lisbeth, and Osvaldo. Osvaldo was exceptional and went out of his way to assist us.

I wish our traveling friends would have had a balcony room for their entire stay. But, I do understand that the balcony rooms are limited and should be requested as soon as possible. And I do thank you, for finding a balcony room for them for 3 nights! Gracias:)

The staff was super friendly and because there was construction going on in the main entrance area, assuming my room was downstairs previously, they upgraded me to a room with a king-size bed.

Unfortunately, when I was there, they were tearing up the tile in the lobby which I didn't know was going to be happening till I got there. Thankfully they didn't start too the work too early though - that would have really been a major bummer. It was kind of a mess to walk through and honestly, it seems like it would have made sense to close the hotel for a few days for that to be finished, at least the messiest part of it. They did keep the area pretty well swept up after they did the construction work but it was sometimes not easy to get through due to the heavy construction and loud equipment. Having said that, all those doing the work were very accomodating.

Very clean hotel in a good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are on the small side. Also, it would be much better if the room had a fridge or available ice bucket to keep things cold.
