The location was perfect; we could walk wherever we needed to go. The staff was lovely and our room was beautiful and well-equipped. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. As others have mentioned, it is an hacienda-style building with an interior courtyard in the centre to which our room's door opened up to. The courtyard has a nice fountain which is turned off at night. While during the day you hear the fountain and other guests, at night we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, even on a busy street during Dia de Muertos. The hotel also works with a local garage to valet your car should you drive, and accommodated our requests to bring it around at whatever time we needed. Overall a lovely stay!

Great location, better staff. The hotel is good with a great location and good breakfast. The staff is even better, willing to help you with everything.

We were two people and reserved a room with full size bed, which is a bit small for a good rest. We should have probably paid more attention while making the reservation as this was clearly indicated. This is more a comment for future guests than a bad comment:if you are two people and plan to stay here, try to get a queen size bed.

The hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of the tourist center of Oaxaca. The room was a good size, great bed, good shower and the staff was excellent. We got great recommendations for restaurants and activities and they were always available if we had questions.

Because of the location the hotel can be noisy at times but they provided ear plugs in case we needed them.

It felt very new. Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and polite. The aesthetics were stunning and breakfast was delicious. I wish I could give five stars but for the price we expect water to shower.

No hot water in the mornings only evenings. One morning there was no water at all. They said they’d send an engineer to check it out but I don’t know if they fixed the problem.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the vibrant old town of Oaxaca. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The room we stayed in only had a window toward the patio which also served as breakfast room so you would not have the shades open and therefore there was no natural light in the room

All rooms face the interior courtyard, so you can hear other guests when they are making noise outside of their rooms. There is also some street noise but that's the tradeoff for the great location in the heart of the city.

Beautiful, new boutique hotel in the city center with great style and ambience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for the right price.

Besides the noisy and busyness of the city centre, there wasn't much to not like about Sauvé Casa Boutique. It is a perfect getaway to enjoy Oaxaca City.

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel with a great location and very pretty rooms. It was the perfect place to experience Oaxaca. All the staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious every time. The attention to detail was awesome.

Our room was next to the reception desk, which was a little noisy in the evening. And the single window opened to the street level so privacy was compromised if you wanted any natural light.
