We love the town of Valle Gran Rey, it’s got a very laid back vibe, helped by the fact that very few English people stay here. Fantastic scenery. The Residencial El Llano is in a great location, very peaceful yet just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, beach, harbour and bus stop. Very comfortable well-equipped accommodation. Brilliant heated pool, great for swimming, and no shortage of sunbeds. Would definitely stay here again.

Balcony could have been a bit bigger.

5th time visit. Great location in Valle Gran Rey. Lovely complex with beautiful gardens surrounding the pool. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Apartment big and airy. No air con but big ceiling fan in the bedroom and windows open (we didn’t have problems with mosquitoes or noise) meant it was not missed. Well equipped with enough kitchen equipment to make basic meals (and a kettle and tea pot to allow English guests to make tea!!). Supermarket a couple of mins walk bc away and a short walk to good restaurants and the beach in the port.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Fabulous pool area, surrounded by lovely palm trees and gardens. We were hiking in La gomera and this was an excellent base. Bus stop a few minute walk , good supermarket nearby too. We also found the area very quiet, especially at night. Will definitely be back to stay here.

The apartment with the big porch and view on the pool. We sat there every single night enjoying the view of the lit pool. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and felt just right. Even though there is no air conditioning, the fan is fine if it is not too hot. Keeping the canopy during the day open helps a bit, and the thick curtains closed also helped in preventing the room from getting really warm. Last but not least the cleaning staff was very nice and very kind. We just left today and are at a different location and accommodation and miss 'our appartement' already.

The 2nd bathroom has a very tiny shower. You would even say it is so small it is not useful. Having two toilets, though, is a good thing. For the hot summer, having airconditioning would be a nice addition.

Very pleasant break. Stayed for three nights. The weather was unseasonably hot for October. The pool area is beautifully kept, with trees and shrubs. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols for guests. The accommodation was peaceful, comfortable and clean. A ceiling fan is in the bedroom. All staff encountered from the Reception to cleaners were friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

It was unseasonably hot, which was beyond the power of the staff. Air conditioning would've been a benefit.

Nothing to dislike really,apart from not being allowed to smoke on the balcony(although there is an area by the pool where smoking was permitted

Visited for 2nd time, this time with baby and still like the place very much. Great is well maintained pool and surrounding area with nice greenery, always helpful and nice staff, all equipment we needed available.

Only negative is that you can quite well hear neighbours, if they're not silent, aynway, that was not a serious issue and there are plenty more positives related to this accomodation.

Quiet clean and garden around the central pool - parking available around the perimeter. Comfortable sun beds around the pool and lovely balcony with apartment. In close distance to restaurants

Just the hair dryer- the wall mounted type gets so hot and perhaps the bathroom was a little dated

Myself and 2 friends enjoyed 6 nights at El Llano. The property has a great location only a short walk from supermarket, bakery and the seafront. The pool area is excellent and very attractive, a very large pool perfect for swimming. The apartment was spacious and ample sleeping facilities for our group of 3, cleaning, changing of towels, emptying bins was done regularly. The staff were very friendly too. A very attractive, quiet property and highly recommended with excellent value for money.

It was a nice change to be in a low key resort area. The location in Valle Rey with the surrounding dramatic rock walls is stunning. Parking was easily available on the street. The beaches are fantastic. Great location
