Aesthetically pleasing and inspiring. Clean, consistent throughout. Very welcoming. Staff were always available to assist throughout my stay. The spa facilities was very clean, calm and relaxing throughout my stay. Highly recommended dining at the restaurant. Breakfast was top quality with plenty of options. Cocktails was one the best I’ve had. Ratio of alcohol to juice I was spot on. Overall one of the best stays experienced so far in the UK. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for excellent stay.

Nothing to not like.

It was an exceptional hotel with amazing service. Every staff that we encountered with truly made us feel like VIP’s. We stayed there as part of my boyfriends birthday celebrations and they had a wonderful amenity when we came into the room (birthday cake) and had upgraded our room free of charge due to me mentioning it was his birthday whilst booking. The spa facial I tied truly were heavenly. The full body massage was the best massage I have ever had. The hotel is situated in the heart of London close to many bars and restaurants which was also a bonus. I would 100% go back again.

It was an overall great stay. Great location by the river, modern, tranquil, and very comfortable. Amazing spa and indoor pool considering how centrally located the hotel is. Nice bath amenities. Friendly and usefull staff.

Almost everything was as expected for the price tag. Just small points i didn't appreciate: The room AC which automatically started during the nights, not sure if it was malfunction or not. Breakfast was good but repetitive everyday. More care should be taken in corridors and room floor cleaning and stains removal, nothing really striking but some stains and dirt were found. Overall it was very clean though. Boring bathroom design when compared to the rest of the room and common areas, but functional nonetheless. Didn't like the glass door to the bathroom which didn't allow to lock. Family rooms should be bigger. The room was not ready at check in time.

Breakfast was tasty and filling with a selection of fresh fruit and even an omelette station! Staff were extremely helpful and polite even on checkout; we did not feel rushed. Complimentary drinks were given at reception, a Valentine’s Day chocolate board and all needs were accommodated.

The style and decoration, location. It feels warm and welcoming

The Restaurant service was sometimes slow and chaotic. The menu for the evening’s dinner was limited and the quality of the food was a bit disappointing. For example you could only have a burger well done and for the hotel of this standard, we would expect more choice

If I could rate this hotel 6* I would. Everything from the second we stepped out of our car we got greeted with a smile and helpful concierge. Escorted to the main reception to check in with Andres, he took his time to wish my fiancé a happy birthday and even upgraded our room which was beautiful, modern and spacious. The other girl on reception gifted our daughter a nice welcome pack full of fun arts and crafts. The location is just beautiful, close to st Paul’s and lots of shops and restaurants. We choose to eat in the hotel restaurant 2 nights, again the staff there were so lovely and would do anything to accommodate us. The food was out of this world. They have a real pizza oven, was delicious and the steak and sides were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Also kid friendly. Cocktails beautiful too. Sadly we didn’t get to try the spa but used the pool and facilities and we all loved the luxurious feel around the pool area. Towels were very soft and plenty of them, robes from the room were very luxurious and the beds round the pool area were fantastic. Also one night we got back to the hotel exhausted and hungry from a hard days shopping, the kind man at reception over heard us talking about taking our load of heavy bags up to our room and he told us not to worry to leave all our bags at reception and he would take them up to our room for us so we could go straight to enjoying our lovely meal. He came back over to us and explained that our room light was flashing DND and also to service so he wanted permission to enter as it was unclear which one we had put on, explained the room hadn’t been serviced by house keeping because of it and at 9pm got our room turned down for us. Wish I could have remembered his name but it was a Scottish man. So kind and thoughtful. I honestly feel like every single staff member has been hand picked for this hotel. I can’t wait to return

The place is amazing

Room service was terrible. Room service isnt good at all. Premier inn hotel can do better with room service. Excuse was short on staff why not hire agency for the price we paid to clean the room. Be aware room service is very poor. Management advised will be touch what happen their. didnt get a call or email poorly managed. Overall good view and breakfast is amazing if your ordering. buffet is a standard breakfast. Will visit again? Due to poor room service definitely will be staying the shangri-la shrad london instead. No hard feelings.

The property and its amenities were spectacular. Everything from check in to check out was impeccable. Paris at the front desk was a gem. She ensured our stay was seamless and even sent up a gift for our honeymoon. She was attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay so special! Paris is a real asset to the Westin hotel in London and anyone that gets to meet her during their stay is considered lucky because she will take care of everything! The rooms are clean and well kept. Attention to every detail at this property. They will make you feel like a royal!

Nothing not to like

Fantastic service! I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for luxury accommodation. Staff where super friendly, and went above and beyond. We stayed for a night and I would definitely book again. Family room was really nicely furnished. Private gold member bar was extremely comfortable and well thought though. Fantastic books beverages and snacks. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of choices. Staff where excellent, I honestly can not find any faults with the staff members.

Bathrooms slightly basic and shower was not that great unfortunately. Apart from on suite, would recommend .

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond.

The restaurant was very disappointing. We stayed the night before the London Marathon and they had a special pasta buffet for runners. This cost £26. We arrived at our planned time at 7 pm. We had to wait for a table and when sat realised the pasta had run out! After over an hour, the chefs had rustled up some cheap fusilli and penne with tomato source. No apologies and lots of very annoyed customers. A disaster of planning!
