The hotel is well located, it is a short walk from the bus stop and the metro is nearby too. The staff at the reception was quite courteous and understanding - we arrived at about midnight from a long trip and as one of us was sick, we were offered a late check-out. The breakfast was good and has a large variety. It is worth the money.

Great location just a short walk from the tube. A fairly basic hotel but had everything needed. A Good breakfast is included adding to the value for money.

I feel the hotel would benefit from a better access system. One can walk straight in off the street and access the lifts to all the floors without being seen. If the lifts were room card or code operated it would add a sense of security. Rooms are accessed by a key card - these seemed get wiped easily resulting in a steady stream of guests heading down to have the cards re coded. Ours didn’t work by the time we hit from reception to the room. They could use a second coffee machine as the queue for the one they have gets long. Get your tea/coffee first or your breakfast will be cold by the time you get you hit beverage.

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast available was excellent in quality and variety. Close to river and Blackfriars Tube ( over the river ). Staff were very friendly and obliging in every respect.

Despite requesting a high floor and rooms close together, one room allocated was on the ground floor and the other was on the First floor. In room 105 there was a dangling lampshade next to one bed which was at my forehead height ( I am over 6ft.tall ) and has the potential to injure someone. Flex from lamp to ceiling fitting could be adjusted.Rooms had no drawers or cupboards to put anything.

Good location, close to the tube station, walking distance to a few touristic spots. Comfortable bed, great size of bathroom.

We had a problem with the hairdryer in the first day, called the reception, someone came, checked it was not working, and said in the next day a person would come to fix it. Nobody came, we had to ask again. The air conditioner was not working properly, we also asked support - like 2 or 3 times, nobody came. My partner was working from the hotel while I was out and used to go down until 2pm, so someone could clean the room. First day, nobody came. Second day, after he was inside the apartment, in the middle of the afternoon, they opened the door to do it.

The staff was amazing, always with a smile on their faces and accommodating all the needs. The cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, as the room was always spotless. It has a great location within 10 minutes walk to the underground. The area is quiet and with a lot of restaurants nearby. There are stores across the street should you need to buy anything. You can rent umbrellas at the location for a very small amount. Although they were reworking the façade, there was no dust or noise during morning or evening. Rooms, though small, have big and comfy beds. There is a sofa in the double room that when opened becomes a double bed.

There is a smell throughout the hotel, whose origin could not detect. The breakfast, while very tasty, has very limited diversity. There is a very small space for clothes, I did not even unpack as there were only shelves, not a closet per sé.

Location was great. It was within very easy walking distance to the modern Tate museum, The Globe theatre, The Thames and many other sites. The breakfast was good although being celiac I had to have their gluten free bread which is often the cheaper loaves. The room was very comfortable and the bed was very good.

Check in was a bit awkward as they said that my card didn't process and so he entered it manually. There was some muck up with the payment and the payment went through twice. It stayed as a debit on my credit card for over a month before it was cancelled. I wasn't happy with that. There were renovations going on and scaffolding was all around the building. There was no noise but it was a bit intimidating not knowing whether it would be noisy.

The lady at reception was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had all we needed. The room was lovely and clean and they even got the sofa bed put and made for my son. After checkout the reception allowed us to keep our car in their private car park so I could show my son the site (his first time in London) and even allowed us to sit and have drinks once we got back from our boiling hot walk before leaving for Wales again. My son had the best birthday, Thank you for being so welcoming and kind. When we decide to come back in the future we know where to stay now.

On arrival we were greeted with friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotlessly clean so thank you to the housekeepers and we weren’t troubled with any neighbouring noise. The beds were very comfy and we appreciated the air con with the hot weather during our visit. Breakfast was fab. Plenty of everything and many choices. The position of the hotel made it easy to access all the eateries by the river as well as the underground and Blackfriars. With the ability to leave our luggage it made our last day easier to get around. For us it was the perfect location.

The position of the hotel is extremely good. Close to Blackfriars (District) and Southwark (Jubilee) tube stations. The neighbourhood is also quiet and modern, within few minutes on foot you can easily reach Tate Modern, Borough Market and Shard. Breakfast is also rather vary but as an Italian coffee quality shall be improved. There are numerous bars (Starbucks, The Refinery) and there is also an Amazon Fresh nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly but not invasive, which we appreciated.

Room dimension + bed dimensions. We are a couple and we find the bed particularly small Breakfast might be a bit crowded during certain peak hours (there is not much space) but the staff made us aware of this when checking in so for us was not a major issue. The rooms was not equipped with refrigerator and there was not much space for storage / hangers.

I appreciated the staff, professional, and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was good choice for pillows. They cleaned well every day. The breakfast had good choices, including some fruit, fresh croissants, and the expectedl beans, eggs, and sausage. 😀

The hotel is being renovated on the outside, and there was a persistent smell of paint. We were not aware of the renovations, or else we might have chosen differently. The staff were helping to open windows and make it a better experience..
