Sandy Feet is a villa only beachfront oasis, located away from the hustle of General Luna & Cloud 9 but close enough for easy access. The villas are very spacious and nicely appointed, but showing their age in some places, this didn’t bother us, but don’t expect ultra new facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and communicating via WhatsApp was efficient and effective. The gardens are beautiful, hammocks and day beds perfectly situated, and access to the pool across the road was great. Having breakfast delivered to our villa each morning was a real treat. Overall great value for money - definitely recommended.

As mentioned the location might be off putting for some. Access to anywhere required transport - about 15 minute tuktuk to GL - 50 peso pp. There’s no onsite restaurant, but a full room service menu is available for lunch & dinner.

A beautiful place, like paradise! Quiet area of the main road, close enough to the restaurants and bars but far enough for peace and quiet. Beautiful 3-BR villa with high ceilings, very well appointed with touches to make guests feel at home. Large living and dining area to allow families to get together. Very comfortable bedrooms with most windows facing the beach. large bathrooms with good water pressure. Beautiful verandah allowing for outdoor breakfast. Everything just beautiful! And the staff very helpful and attentive. Definitely a must place to stay!

The staff excels in professionalism, offering valuable advice and demonstrating remarkable dedication and hardworking. Conveniently situated, it's just a 5-minute ride from General Luna in a very quiet location. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with all necessary amenities and AC. The cleaning services are outstanding. Would stay again, thanks a lot.

Weak Wi-Fi, advisable to have an alternative data plan or SIM bringing with you at this property. Pricing may feel slightly steep but you pay the beachfront location which was ok for us. The beach just in front is not suitable for swimming at any tide ( high or low ) though a small area for swimming exists 150m to the left at high tide only. The system for ordering breakfast , meals and drinks is bit tricky and you have to send writen orders or screenshots over WhatsApp.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Larry got our bags to the room and showed us around. The room was magnificent. Clean and well stocked with Goodies. Breakfast was served by Peter daily and was hot, tasty and on time. We rented a scooter for the duration of our stay which gave us the freedom to explore the area and take advantage of the shopping and excellent cafes and restaurants. Loved this venue.

Beautiful property and very well maintained! Our villa was lovely and had both an indoor and outdoor shower. Staff were all warm, kind and friendly and responded quickly to requests and concerns (via a group WhatsApp chat that they create once you check in). Good wifi too. The beach in front is suitable for swimming as it is calm (October). Sandy beach. Sandy Feet has no pool but guests can use the pool at the sister property, The Village, just behind Sandy Feet across the road. Peaceful place that invites you to relax.

Delicious breakfast served every morning. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. It takes only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to General Luna. The reception staff is extremely helpful with organizing tuk tuk pick ups, arranging surf lessons, restaurant bookings and sightseeing tours as well massages. Thank you so much!

Everything; spacious, peaceful, classy, elegant. I like it very much that its a private resort so serene. Nice to end the day here after exploring the busy streets of tourism road. So happy, villa is lovely.

Nothing but a toilet upstairs would be very helpful. It’s quite a challenge going down to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that it’s perfect.

This is a great hide away once you step into the property you enter another world just ideal...yes you pay for it but really worth it...its all good location, staff, size of the home you stay in

This isn't a downer statement but no pool...the hotel is on the ocean but the sea floor is covered with sea grass and shallow at high and low tide so a pool would top it off

Our stay in Sandy Feet, with friendly, caring, and professional staff, goes beyond my expectations. We felt very special at Sandy Feet Resort. The resort was amazing, very relaxing, and very clean from the landscaping to the beach front. The villa we stayed in near the beach had amazing views and made us feel like at home. The food in Sandy Feet is delicious and served to our villa. We will come back soon.😁

The staff were super accomodating and approachable from the get go! Catching local transport to the main area which was only 5 mins away and planning island hopping was super easy and was quickly organised by the staff - thank you Ne Neng and Neza (hopefully that’s spelt correctly). The villa was a really good size and it was nice to have access to Manilao Beach where we did some paddle boarding. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider staying there again.
