Perfectly located on the beach with a much appreciated 10 minute separation from General Luna. Close enough to easily access surf, shopping, dining, tours, bars, etc but thankfully far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of island life. EXCEPTIONAL friendly pro active staff, stunning beach front, relaxing accommodation making it difficult to need or want to leave the resort!!!

Loved absolutely everything, this place is without a doubt the best place you can stay on the island. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond… it’s supper chilled and relaxed vibes. The view is beautiful and they even have some cute dogs to hang out with, paddle boards, surf boards and more. Tracey the owner is an amazing chef too! it’s one of those places you don’t want to leave because it’s so special. I’ll be back for sure!

Soultribe seats directly at the beach and the road which is perfect for a first time traveler of Siargao like me :) I like that it has this exclusive vibe of which you can truly have a relaxing time during your stay. Food options may not be that many but their menu is quite diverse, delicious and their price are on par with every other resto on the island. Their staff are accommodating and had my cabana ready upon my arrival at 8am and so they have allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and convenient (i liked this one best because as someone who used to also work in a resort, I know how much work it takes to accommodate early guests)!!! I even had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the owner herself, while swimming haha She truly knows how and what Filipinos need and want for their vacation :) Their adopted dogs are very sweet, too! PS I was on the edge of waiting for my paycheck for me to secure this place hahahaha but I do believe that was is meant for you, will always be for you. And so it was! Nice private beach with loungers. Easy to organise scooters and activities through the staff although slightly more expensive. Nice to use the free paddle boards. Gorgeous, friendly dogs! Cool different type of accom.

Don’t stay here if you don’t like bugs! The outdoor bathroom was cool and different but come night time there were all sorts of creatures out there, and a lot of bugs. The location was nice and removed from the busyness of General Luna but did mean the most logical transport was hiring a scooter anyway we wanted to head into town. Didn’t like that the room had no fridge, really limited what you could keep in your room. Would be good to even have a communal fridge or something.

We stayed with 4 couples in the two villas. These are located on the other side of the road but still only 15 seconds walking away from the beach. The villas are very nice decorated and the outdoor bathroom is amazing. Ramil, Jane and the other staff are super friendly and are always there to make sure you have a great time. Its very clean and every day the beds and bathrooms or fixed again. Ramil was also able to organize a good package to visit Sohoton Cove. Highly recommended location. If you are with just two, try to book the cabins at the beach! And the pets (we loved Mango) are super cute.

Everything! Casita- spacious, clean, stylish. Looks just like the pictures. AC worked perfectly. Lots of outlets for the electronics. Bed was super comfortable. Outside shower was divine. Hot water all night long. Clean clean clean bathroom. Staff- beyond helpful, amazing. We stayed early December and it was raining. Plans could only be made the morning of, because it depended on the weather; but the staff was super helpful in recommending and setting up the tour and my surf lesson. Airport transport and scooter rental was easily arranged by the staff. Location- loved it. Quiet. Away from the noise and crowd. The beach is right in front of the property. The weather was always cooler here vs the town. It'll take about 6-8 minutes with a scooter to get to the main area of gen Luna. Would definitely stay here again, would recommend to all my good friends.

Loved everything

Beautiful bungalows with aircon & outside showers. This small resort is right on the beach. It has a beautiful pool with amazing restaurant. Bonfire in the evenings when there’s no wind. Great surf only a short boat ride away. They have Free SUPs that you can go to the nearest little island where there is no one else, just birds, trees and blue water. The staff at Soultribe are all amazing. From the owners to the man that keeps the beach and the plants looking so nice, thank you. We will definitely be back!

We could’t stay longer (our own plans, not the property)

Soultribe deserves more than 10 stars! It’s the perfect place to chill for a couple of days - do yourself a favour and book a long stay here. The mornings are magical. Swimming in the calm sea, watching the sun rise, being greeted by a bunch of sweet dogs (we will miss them!) and walking on a deserted white sand beach full of palm trees. In General Luna there are mostly rocky beaches, so enjoying this protected bay in Malinao is a privilege. It’s perfect for swimming or riding a SUP. The food is delicious and the staff is incredible, they make everything possible. Big thanks to Ramil and Jen! :) Soultribe works with the best surf guides, Yoga Teachers, masseurs and best activity providers. So booking here is always a good idea. We loved our clean cabin which smelled heavenly every day…. The guests are international and mostly couples, families and some digital nomads. It is a small resort, so it’s great to connect with other like minded people or to enjoy privacy. Overall it felt like a luxury stay in the Maldives, but without the posh people ;)

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is situated on a private beach. When you walk out of your room you are directly on the beach! The beach itself is amazing and the hotel has loungers and chairs if you would like to relax at the beach. They also have paddle boards you can use if you want to do some SUP. The staff are very friendly. They were very accommodating and made our stay that extra special, by providing advice, tips and other information about activities and attractions we could visit during our stay. They provide room service every day and cleaned the rooms which was nice. The location of the hotel is great, it's a 7/8 minute drive (by scooter) from the main town of General Luna, where you can find an array of shops, restaurants bars and supermarkets. However it is still very quiet and peaceful where the hotel is based which we liked. The rooms are very spacious and of high quality. The beds were huge and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoors bathrooms and all the amenities that were provided. The rooms were also very clean. The hotel provides free access to cold water for drinking which we enjoyed.

We had the most delightful stay Soul Tribe. I stayed here with my fiancé and his family for almost a week. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable and helped us arrange some fantastic activities, taxis, hires and airport transfers. A big thank you to Jene and Ramil (managers) for always greeting us with enthusiasm and a smile. The property is located right on the beach being the perfect location to switch off and enjoy island life. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
