Tennille was very attentive to the food. She kept it well stocked, replaced the coffee when needed, and was especially friendly and helpful. The food was very good and well prepared. Very high marks for it.

There wasn't anything that was unacceptable. Very highly recommend. The man that made my reservations was so nice and friendly when I called. Southern hospitality at its finest.

Breakfast was good and above average for this type of location. The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for our visits to Gastonia. .

There were a few issues with the facility which need to be addressed. I brought these things to the attention of the front desk and she was very receptive to my concerns.

Location is super convenient - right off I-85; close to Charlotte, close to CLT Douglas airport. Lots of fast food/restaurant chains at the same exit. We were there for graduation at Belmont Abbey College. Great value for the price, and the room met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in; front desk staff were very friendly. It was a very pleasant stay.

We couldn't locate a USB charging port anywhere in the room - may have been that we overlooked it. But if there isn't one, that would be a great addition. Walls are a bit thin in terms of noise control but putting on the AC fan took care of that.

The property was maintained, quiet, and in a great area. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room items (pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc)

While we enjoyed our stay, our room smelled like the previous guests smoked in the room and our mini fridge did not hold a cool temperature.

The welcome was very nice. The room was very spacious!

My room did not get cleaned. I had to get clean towels from the front desk. The trash was not emptied and my coffee and cups were not replaced. I was very disappointed in this for the amount of money

Our stay was great we had a great time the room was clean...SMOKE FREE very greatly appreciated also the breakfast was ok just need more choices to choose from....I think the drink they sale are over priced

The DRINKS ARE OVER PRICED...I THINK THAT THEY CAN DO MUCH BETTER WITH THE BREAKFAST choices

The front desk person was very helpful.. Upon check in we were given a handicap accessible room with no tv but Ashley moved us without hesitation

The day we were checking out they shut off the hot water for "scheduled maintenance work" which lasted from 9 am until we checked out at 1115 so we had to take cold showers only to go out in the rain & cold as we packed up to leave

Very comfortable room and a nice welcome. Convenient parking and good facilities, especially the free laundry. All areas were clean and tidy including the bedroom and bathroom

Hot breakfast was poor - selection was good but the quality was not. Cereals and fruit were fine
