Location is the best in Phuket if you want a quiet beach away from the loud crowds. Empty sandy beach right in front of the hotel. Food is good and the Thai staff is doing a great job !

The hotel should totally review the pool policy and allow only adults in the main pool as there is a big and nice kids pool. If you’re coming to rest and relax, you’ll have to deal with Russian children jumping and splashing you in the adult pool which kills the relaxing luxury vibe.

The property is very nice and interiors are amazing, open semi outdoors reception, the landscape is well designed and the rooms are clean with comfortable bed, there is free lift frequently from the hotel to the nearest plaza with few shops and Thai restaurants as the hotel is deep inside green area with side road off the highway from airport. The breakfast room is fully glazed with view on small lake and waterfall, breakfast with great range of varieties, the private beach at the opposite end of the reception and hotel entrance, the pool located parallel to the beachfront, renaissance resort style, quality and touch is obvious.

The hotel is deep inside off the highway coming from airport, but this is not a problem as Grab and Bolt taxis are available using their apps and very cheap in addition to the frequent shuttle to and from the nearest plaza which is about 1 km from the hotel resort

Great personnel, cleaning, team on the beach, breakfast and sandbox service was outstanding! Great location, quiet, green, many beautiful birds Food was exceptional, we had half board and enjoyed our dinners alacart in sandbox restaurant. Unfortunately at a certain point they run out of octopus. For our baby we had fresh seabass every evening included into the price. We enjoyed our stay fully.

Situation with sun beds should be improved. At a certain point hotel simply was out of sunbeds, i saw people searching with no luck. This is huge disappointment. To get a place, we had to wakeup early to reserve a spot. Another thing already mentioned, prices in the restaurants are quite high. Glass of vine or Prosecco will be around 12-14 euros. Sea is rough, we either had waves or jellyfish, would not recommend for families with kids.

Fantastic location on a beautiful beach. Great food at all restaurants and superb hospitality. Relaxing from day one.

Pool and beach towels have to be replaced. Most towels were heavily used and ripped.

The resort is fantastic in terms of its facilities, helpfulness & friendliness of staff & the breakfast options are plentiful & delicious.

The sole downside was that the ‘adult’ pool was full of noisy kids, whilst the kids pool remained empty. Not the hotel’s fault of course, more that of the selfish parents who let their offspring use it as a playground whilst ignoring the wishes of other guests.

Excellent breakfast choices and the outlook from the breakfast restaurant was superb…a small waterfall with lagoon full of lotus in bloom and resident water monitor. Choice of indoor and outdoor dining

Nothing. We are frequent world travelers. This would have to be up there with the best we have experienced. It might not suit people who want to shop and party, but it is wonderful for those in needed of comfort and rest and peace

This a beautiful and tranquil place that managed to mix family friendliness without making it a family-only resort. Amazing breakfast, breathtaking beach and very friendly and professional staff! A big plus for the kids facilities and the gym that all were great!

The beach bar sometimes struggled to find its proper identity between chill and party. Luckily the party attempts did not last for very long.

The resort was in really good shape, well maintained, rooms quite luxurious (although the matress in our room was poor and not comfortable). The pool was super nice, big and clean. Staff around the pool were very attentive and proactive. The food was ok, and the Thai restaurant very nice and with generous offering of dishes.

We are a young family and didn’t appreciate that the kids pool was so far away from the main pool and the sea. It made it difficult to combine pool with beach, so mostly our son was spending time in the main pool. The waiting time at the restaurant was quite long, even though there weren’t too many customers. The sewage in the bathroom smelled really bad, especially in the morning.

We liked everything, the room, the facilities, the food (wow!), everything, but we were astonished by dedication and smile in the face of every employee, specially Kate, Nuch and the breakfast restaurant chef (sorry I forgot his name). Service like we have never seen before 10+ Awesome!

We would have loved to swim at the beach but we learned that due to the season the ocean can be rough and therefore dangerous.

This resort was beyond amazing and made our honeymoon truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and went above and beyond in every way. Every team member was warm, always smiling, and eager to help with anything we needed. When we moved to a neighboring hotel, they insisted on driving us over in their golf cart—a thoughtful gesture that really made our experience special. We also had the chance to experience the spa, which was like stepping into another world. The setting felt like a serene forest escape, making the spa session itself not just relaxing but absolutely unforgettable. The ambiance, attention to detail, and the expertise of the staff made it a 10/10 experience. The pool and restaurants were outstanding, and breakfast was a highlight every morning with a unique spread. Each item had a tag indicating if it was halal, a small detail that made a big difference for us. One of the most memorable moments was on our last day. During breakfast, a staff member came over, thanked us personally for choosing the resort for our honeymoon, and gave us a small gift, making our departure feel just as special as our arrival. We absolutely recommend this resort and can’t wait to return. Next time, we’re hoping to stay in one of their private villas (which were unfortunately under maintenance during our visit). This place is truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional and memorable stay!
