Great Location of you want to be in the center of everything. Nice staff, very nice terrace.

Some watch outs-no water dispenser which we tried worked properly, when we told it the front desk the answer was to fill the water bottles in the gym. A bit inconvenient when you are on 31 floor. Also when your room is in the lower floors you will see a lot of lights coming from Times Square commercials

A little more machines in gym .. Still waiting to get my 400 dollar s deposit back, which is required when u check in, meant to be refunded within 7 to 10 business days still not refunded over a month later and numerous emails

This is a trendy hotel within a couple of minutes of Times Square. Only 10 mins walk from Central Park. It has a busy and noisy bar and lobby area but plenty of comfortable seating and a lovely view. I especially liked the rooms. We were on the 22nd floor. It was peaceful, away from the noise. The beds were extremely comfortable with great mattress and pillows. It was kept clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Good shower too. Enjoyed the cocktails and the IPA.

They could do with clearing and cleaning the tables in the bar area more often.

The hotel is well-placed and clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel in NYC. You have a loading zone in front of the hotel that you can use for debarking. Although crowded, the staff was patient, explained the options calmly, and answered all our requests during check-in. The hotel lounge is beautiful and transforms into a social place at night. You can use Angelina (an excellent Italian breakfast and coffee across the hotel) for breakfast. For parking, try using SpotHero—within 5 minutes of walking, you have plenty of safe options. There's a Walgreens for the rest around the corner. The internet connection is stable, and there is an excellent signal across the hotel rooms and the lobby. This would be among our preferred choices for NYC 5-day stays for the right price.

On inferior floors, the noise and brightness of the billboards can disturb a sensitive sleeper. Make sure your windows are closed tight, and the shades are pulled.

Great location for Broadway shows most within walking distance. Great views of times square (which is literally outside the hotel) from the hotels heated terrace area or from your hotel room (if you pay extra, mine was £450 per night in early October?) The Subway travel option is also very close. Awkward side street small entrance, not well signed but Security on to advise you into the lift (up to the real reception/lobby) Well appointed large rooms (apart from no tea or coffee facilities?) Large comfortable beds, big tv, walk-in shower, clean and serviced daily. The hotel restaurant and bar look great. Background music and a small shop all in the large communal/bar area where you can relax and watch TV or eat. $10 daily bar tab included. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you want a Central location with everything within easy walking distance and you don't mind the expensive rates. Of course staying outside Central manhattan will be much cheaper if you don't mind short commutes to save hundreds of pounds?

Being from the UK, I did get anxious about leaving tips. The bar staff didn't really explain how the $10 bar tab worked so it was quite awkward. I expected more 'american style' very excitable, friendly staff, full of smiles and overly polite but alas they seem to be similar to our UK service sector staff, surly and uninterested. But they still want/expected a tip?? After a long walk through the wonderful city, getting up to your room and making a nice tea or coffee would be a nice option but alas this hotel doesn't agree?

The location was amazing. The room that I wad allocated had a view of time square. If you are looking for a hotel that is in the middle of everything I would definitely recommend this one. The facility was very clean and well kept and the beds were very comfy as well as quiet rooms which is exactly what is needed after a long day of exploring.

The biggest complaint I had was that you had to pay incidentals when you arrive to the hotel. So even if you have payed for the entire stay when you check in they will ask for a card and take $100 per night towards incidentals ( such as the bar and restaurant facilities). I didn't like this as I was never informed about it, and depending on how much you saved for the trip they are going to take the money regardless ( if you don't use money you will get it back when you check out)

Room was clean and super quiet.

Checkin was a litte chaotic as there was only one person doing checkin's at 4pm and there was a slew of customers and it seemed that they were not prepared for it. When I got to the front it went super smooth. Outdoor deck bar that overlooks Times Square was not open. One elevator from street level to 5th floor for checkin was broken, so only one elevator was working and everyone going in and out had to use one elevator. The queue would get quite long at meal times.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect especially being that it was Christmas gift for a visit to NYC for our daughter and son!! Being that another part of their gift was seeing another amazing Broadway show (Romeo + Juliet) while they were there as well it was so close and convenient to everything that they planned on doing during their visit!!

Well there were some elevator issues while they were there and that was unfortunately very inconvenient especially when dealing with luggage and going up and down on a regular basis but other than that they absolutely enjoyed their stay and thought that the hotel was beautiful!! They said they loved the hotel and it was in such a convenient location for their visit!!

The location of this property is brilliant. Near the tube and walking distance from many of the main attractions. We paid for the included breakfast which is well worth the money. Buffet style with hot and cold options but kept up full till way after lunch time. We had a ball drop city room with outstanding views. The rooms are big for NYC and bed was really comfy. Big TV to relax and watch after a day exploring! No coffee/tea facilities but a fridge to keep you drinks cool and we noticed at the end of our trip that you could request a coffee machine! Wish we had seen this earlier. Overall for location, room, facilities and breakfast I would recommend to stay for a trip to NYC!

The bathroom was a little dated and shower ok. The door was sticking on the floor.. all small things but added up. All the ball drop rooms have interconnecting doors where the sound travels through. Fine when you have considerate guests but on two of the nights we stayed you could hear the adjoining room into the early hours. Hotel offered us a move to a river view but thankfully the inconsiderate guest checked out the following day.

Lovely hotel, nice terrace with place with fire at night, Staff was extremely lovely, especially the lady from Hong Kong at the reception (sorry I forgot her name). Location is excellent - 5 minutes walking from times square, 5 minutes from Rockefeller square, 10 minutes from the times square and 15 minutes from the Summit view. I got a room at 27th floor, and although the view wasn't that special it was still nice.

Rooms are small (as expected in NY), but what we did not expect is too short bed! Bed length was maybe 1.6 meters and I had to sleep with my legs outside the bed )-: Not sure if the hotel has gym but it doesn't have other facilities as pool or any play area for kids. The lines at the lobby bar were extremely long all time. Need to take 2 elevators to reach to the lobby.
