Really cool, hip spot, with great bars, including rooftop, and an excellent breakfast options. Rooms are small but perfectly designed. Great value and location I'm midtown near Broadway. Highly recommended

Quite the coolest lobby I have ever been in. Great decor, great vibe. Plenty of places to sit, work on your laptop, meet with a friend, or just hang out and read. The bartender was fantastic, as was my cocktail. I wish I could remember his name, but I believe it began with an M, and he was there on Friday night, 2/24. Beds were comfy, showers were cool (lots of different options) and I enjoyed the tablet control of the lights, tv, and blinds. Even with our room right next to the elevator, there was very little noise to disturb us. By the way, elevator was quite fast. The location of this hotel was excellent.

I had read reviews that the rooms were small, and they were not kidding. The rooms are very small, but very well laid out. Plenty of space for two people to put away their things. You cannot leave clothing or items laying out, because there really isn't any room. I had a problem with the shower and all those controls, and a lot of water spilled out on the floor. It wasn't a big deal, I just used the towels to mop it up. By the way, we needed more towels and more pillows. The pillows were brought up to us very quickly, and it made all the difference in getting a good night's sleep. Of course, the fire alarm going off was quite loud and woke me up, but it was a false alarm.

The property was clean and modern offered lots of common indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooftop bar was a really amazing feature of this property.

We liked everything - we just found the access to the bed was a bit awkward with three sides of the bed touching the wall but we adapted easily.

The staff, everyone of them, were exceptional. The place itself is super convenient, kitschy, and a great value. Everything is either brand new or super clean. we picked it for the value, but we will absolutely go back for the experience.

The king size bed isn’t accessible from both sides of the bed. It is in a corner, (it actually takes up a good deal of the room) under the window. So somebody, me in this case, has to climb out of bed over their partner! Tiny tiny issue in an overall wonderful stay.

I travelled for the 1st time to NY for my 40th birthday and booked a regular room, based on the great reviews i found online for this hotel. No regreats whatsoever! Great location, room with a good size for NY standards (and especially very well thought of in terms of layout), great big bed and comfy pillows, high tech room controls, friendly staff and the cleaneliness what spot on! As a Bonus to all these, i was able to reach out with a special request: to see if I was granted a room with a view and, not only was the Hotel acommodate my request, but they went so beyond!!! on arrival, i had a room with baloons and a beautiful post card waiting for me! Thank you for helping my stay in NY be so wonderfull!

I believe the process of contacting the Hotel for any requests deserves a review and improvement. I tried reaching out with a question through booking and by direct email and all i received was the same bot answer over and over... (i waited a few weeks to see if eventually i would get a personalized answer). I did, however, succeed in reaching the Hotel via social media (FB page - private msg) and they were ever so thoughtfull! :)

The lobby! It's really fun and there's a full bar with a couple outdoor spaces and many indoor options to sit and socialize or work. There's a roof terrace with bar and there is a limited food menu available but I didn't have a chance to try. The location is great, in the middle of Times Sq/Theater District. There's a good Mexican restaurant across the street, Toloache. The room was nice and comfortable, everything runs off an iPad, curtains, lighting, tv. The rooms are small but enough and the bed was comfortable.

Times Sq. - not my scene but the hotel was a little oasis in the middle of the madness. The bathroom - shower and toilet are in the same tiny room, sink is outside the bathroom. It's fine for one but not sure I'd love it as a couple.

Cleanliness of room and comfort of bed and pillows! The rooftop bar was relaxing and the bar staff very friendly. Drinks were delicious! We were in close proximity to the 2 theaters we were going to.

As a solo traveller I always like to find citizen m hotels. They are funky, quirky , staff always helpful,clean,good locations ,all amenities no faffing about easy to just get on with holiday.

super Central location!

The room was very small with no walking space around the bed. Suitcase storage was in a drawer under the bed but our cases were too big and wouldn’t fit so we had to pile them on the small desk/table behind the shower cubicle. It’s a very compact room with shower/toilet in a cubicle in the room…so wouldn’t recommend it for new couples that haven’t shared bathroom experiences yet 😂😂

Extremely comfortable hotel in an excellent location close to Times Square. Room isn’t large but perfectly acceptable if you aren’t spending much time in it. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the rooftop bar was a highlight! Would definitely recommend!

The view from the room was of a brick wall - not what I thought I had paid for!
