the room was quiet and comfortable. The elevators were fast and efficient since you have to enter your floor number before being assigned an elevator.

There was little choice for eating establishments. One would think that a hotel of this size would have more selection and a real restaurant that is open all day. One small space is a Starbucks in the morning and a bar in the late afternoon/ evening. They are missing out an opportunity for revenue by not having a real restaurant open all day and into the night.

I should get 2 person ticket for a bus tour. It was in a booking confirmation and during check-in I got info, that when I want to use it, just take it from concierge. When I wanted to use it, concierge told me that it was gone and the don't have tickets and won't have, because they don't manage it. It's a shame, because no-one told us that there is any limit. It's only $60, but left some bad feelings about hotel.

Super location close to Times Square; easy walk to Central Park; Subway station on the same block. Common areas are very tidy and well kept up. Elevator system very efficient with low wait times: meaning while traveling with a group you can quickly grab a forgot item in room and return to lobby in a few minutes. Library Bar/Starbucks in lobby covers a lot of on the go beverage/meals in needs. All staff very friendly from housekeeper sweeping street to door men and Bar staff - special mention to Alex at Check-in who was able to organize three bookings into one room stay without change of room.

No refrigerator in room; coffee maker in room dusty/dirty and not in a well lit place; spotty tv reception; no water station in lobby (you need to go down a level to the fitness center). I like that it is a non-smoking hotel;however, a lot of people still smoke (including a lot of foreign teenagers) think it would be better to have noticeable ashtrays near entrances so that smokers could properly dispose of their ashes. There are city trash cans on two corners, but I can see many guests are not using these bins.

Location: Our favorite shops & restaurants are toward 5th & Park Ave's, but we had tickets for Broadway shows. Sheraton 'split the difference' for access to both. Plus Sheraton had one subway station within 1 bock, & 2 other separate subway lines/stations within 2+ blocks. Given the weather (on & off rain 3 out of 4 days) that access was invaluable. Additionally, again due to the weather, having a full range of amenities & services was helpful.

11th floor room but still no view. The in-room safe didn't work, & the cable tv was limited. The room was too warm & the bed a little uncomfortable - but that may be due to the un-seasonal season (who expects cold hard rain on May Day) & a pandemic related lack of recent travel experience. Overall, the room was clean & spartan but comfortable. What more do you need for NY City.

The location is Great! Near everything. The staff is cordial. Free wi-fi for Marriot Bonvoy members.

the room could have a better cleaning, but it is ok, I am not picky... When checking out I had to pay to keep my bags (a fee per bag) at the hotel as our flight was late in the night and there was no late check-out available - it could be a complementary service after staying more than 3 nights, and being a Marriot Bonvoy member.

The hotel is in a great location, somewhere half way between Central Park and Times Square. Everything easily reachable either on foot or by subway. Staff is nice, room is clean.

The hotel price included some mandatory room credit (our booking fee included cca 300 USD payment for a credit of 270 USD which we could consume in the restaurant) this was not clear at booking, and would be better to save that money instead of being "forced" consuming in the hotel... (breakfast way nevertheless fine, but not like wohoo-superb.

The location was perfect due to its easy access to many places by foot. The restaurants in the hotel were ideal. The rooms were nice and tidy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We received complimentary Wi-Fi, bonus bucks for food and complimentary tickets for the tour bus.

Check in wasn’t great. We arrived at 3.30pm to be told our rooms weren’t ready - fine, we left our bags and went to Central Park. We arrived back at the hotel at 6pm and still the rooms were not ready! I noticed other people who were checking in also had the same issue. After speaking to a member of staff who was really helpful he offered us 2 Alternative rooms on a lower floor that were ready.

Excellent, central location. Loved the Library Bar. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Beautiful entrance. Assistance with loading and unloading luggage and getting taxi transport was great. We were able to check our bags on checkout day to get a few more hours of site seeing in before our flight.

Our room was advertised to have a minibar/fridge- it did not. We did not have a way to store drinks/ snacks in our room at all. This was however more of an inconvenience.
