will be sharing my experience with this place for 5 weeks in a row Before I put in all my experience I want to thank Lane, David and Kimberly and the nice old waiter in the restaurant for breakfast. The location is very strategic and beautiful, and you can reach many places, restaurants, markets, landmarks and others without a car. I lived on the 58th floor and was overlooking the right of Time Square and the left of Central Park. It was an amazing view. The place has an ATM There is a restaurant with drinking water available 24 hours on the fourth floor There are 7 dryers and 7 laundries, and it is connected to a program that can tell which devices are available and how much time is left and get your money back when there is a problem with the device and it happened to me and within a few hours I received the refund There are several left quick and easy The kitchen was wonderful. There is a toaster, an electric pot for cooking, and complete kitchen utensils, including forks, spoons, plates, etc., and there is a coffee machine with its supplies, as well as a microwave and dishwasher :). The bathroom is spacious and has towels of various sizes, as well as a hairdryer The room I stayed in was a good size and the lighting was great The TV has several channels, and you can also connect your device and watch what you want or even watch Netflix and others, and this is a very important option for me. The breakfast was satisfactory. There are potatoes, meat, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, Greek flavored yogurt, as well as mixed fruits, cheese, jam, peanuts, bacon and corn flakes of three kinds, granola, dried fruits, tea and milk with low-fat and full-fat options, soy, coffee, jam, Nutella, toaster, microwave, and a large place to sit. He was old, very kind and gentle, always making a nice atmosphere for breakfast with his smile and words. The staff in the reception there are three counters and they are all helpful and help finding taxis and others when needed.

The mattress was not comfortable for me and I always needed to put pillows on my back from the bottom I encountered a problem, which is to withdraw the amount more than once, even after payment

Great location, nice breakfast/lounge area which was accessible all day with a bar menu plus Starbucks. We had a good breakfast included plus you could pack a lunch box with whatever you wanted, eg bagel, fruit, salad, cold cuts, cheese, cereal bars etc which was very handy! Very comfortable bed/room with kitchenette and great views! Friendly staff topped it all off nicely!

All the plates/cutlery were disposable and I wasn’t convinced it was sorted even though some of it was compostable as there were no sorting bins provided. Having said that we did have a bin for recyclables in our room.

Bathroom - the glass wall of the shower booth is not fully covered with sillicone filling (or rubber strings) at the bottom, so the floor of the bathroom was messed up with water during the shower.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Central Park in New York is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Its excellent location right by Central Park provides easy access to attractions and shops. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, always ready to assist. It's worth mentioning Mrs. Wioleta from the reception, who proves to be an incredibly helpful and kind person. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything you need after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. Undoubtedly, the Residence Inn by Marriott Central Park is a unique place that guarantees a memorable stay in the heart of New York.

Perfect location, right on the Broadway St. We had a fantastic view from 55th floor. Room is quiet, all facilities are there. Bonus was a dishwasher and a microwave with plates, glasses etc. Didn't expected that. Everything clean. Another bonus is that the window can be opened (we didn't need that but it's not that common option). Breakfast were surprisingly good. They have bagels, tost them, add whatever you like and you can have quite good NY style bagel :) I did myself one and was quite satisfied with the result haha. Coffee was nice too. Very good value for money place in NY. Close to the subway, central park, Rockefeller plaza and Times Square. For me as a tourist who wanted to see the city, it was perfect.

By mistake I opened some cover for the AC/Air went next to the bed. Sorry it was dark when I entered the room. Dear Hotel manager, clean it!!! Our fridge didn't work, I reported in the reception and it was fixed before we went back from the dinner. It's not really a minus but a plus. Quick solution and nice and helpful staff. When we were leaving portier asked me how much is my uber to JFK and said, that in front of the building there are people for 10 bucks cheaper.... I have allergy on these kind of "helpful" offers and simply refused to the guy. Not sure if it was a scam or not. Would feel much more comfortable if that could be offered by the reception staff. Anyways Uber XL to JFK was 105$. La Guarda was around 70$.

Gorgeous location, really friendly helpful staff. We got there around 1pm, not expecting to be able to check in but hoping to be able to leave our bags. We were able to check in to a room and we also got a welcome drink and food voucher for our honeymoon. They had free daily treats in reception too, the lemon chocolate cookies were the nicest I've ever had! Rooms were spotless with a coffee maker and kettle too. The area felt safe and there were a few really nice bars and restaurants in the area.

There was no full length mirror in the room, there was one in the wardrobe but it was at a bad angle

First of all, the staff were efficient and super friendly! The buffet was superb, and we were delighted to be able to take to our room, and store in our refrigerator a bit of cheese and meats for late afternoon snack! Our room 3704 had a terrific view -- not too high and not too low. We were mesmerized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My service dog did not get to go everywhere with me, but my sisters were with me and my service dog felt pampered. Housekeeping took our garbage and replaced our towels quickly upon the asking. Service in this hotel was exceptional. Location was excellent.

I do not recommend multiple day TopView, as there was a long walk and long waits for the buses -- difficult for my 85 year old sister. Cabs are expensive, but worth it.

Everything was great. The salad fruit was a bit too popular so had to come to breakfast "early" to get some. Our room had an angle window so had an excellent 180° view. From the 46th floor, had a view on Central Park in addition to a view on the Hudson river/harbor (from a far but great!). Awesome hotel location, we walked to so many places

The coffee - too watered down... but I guess that's the American coffee at its finest.. ha! Luckily there was a Starbucks in the breakfast area (but have to pay extra of course). Would be great to have non American coffee (a bit stronger for us Europeans! :)

The view from our 59th floor corner room overlooking Times Square and then sweeping all around to Central Park was exceptional! We were just fascinated and spent quite a lot of time just looking out the windows! The breakfast was substantial and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed to find that our breakfast room only had disposable plates, cups and cutlery….it really took away from the quality of the breakfast….since coffee is always atrocious out of paper cups. It would have been so much nicer and more in keeping with the rack rate to have actual crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Location was amazing! Great little kitchenette. Upper floors worth it with spectacular views of the skyline. The staff was attentive and kind. Beautiful upgrades to kitchenette and bathroom.

The design of the shower door causes a lot of water to puddle on the floor. I imagine this will eventually cause damage to the subfloor. WARNING: if you take your keycard out of the holder on the wall that causes your electricity to work, the refrigerator turns off! Clearly a wiring error. We had to leave a note for housekeeping so they didnt remove the one we kept in the room to keep our food fresh.
