Spa did not change linens in between customers )))) robes are oily, please take into consideration.

The location of the villa. The amazing staff members. Everything was exceptional. They are available 24/7 and answer quickly. Very respectful. The villas get cleaned by 4/5 staff members at once including the pool and inside. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The juices did taste abit weird. However everything else was amazing

The facilities and staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was very spacious and was sparkling clean and kept this way with daily servicing. Breakfast was included and there was a very extensive menu to choose from including freshly squeezed juices. We had a butler service which was very handy if we needed anything and our mini bar was free and restocked each day.

Unfortunately the beach area at Seminyak has really deteriorated and is very unclean and not well maintained. This is such a shame as it could be very beautiful if the government were to take some time to improve it. Having said that the view from the resort restaurant was such that you did not notice the rubbish on the beach so as long as you stayed in the resort you were none the wiser.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. I've never been to a place where every staff member seems to know my name, and they even remember my room number. I would highly recommend this hotel based solely on the exceptional service from the staff. Our villa was also amazing—everything we could possibly want and more.

We struggled with food poisoning while we stayed at the hotel. This was not from hotel food but from a local restaurant. Hotel Mexicola - Others have also complained on TripAdvisor who visited the venue on the same night. The hotel looked after us throughout it all. Room service served strange orders at very strange times—like boiled rice and white fish, and lightly toasted bread that was unbuttered. There were a load of other requests like room cleans at strange times and extra water. All these things were just accepted and completed, and both my wife and I cannot thank them enough.

The butlers were extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was dealt with promptly and with a smile. The villa was beautiful and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Sometimes, there did not seem to be enough serving staff in the restaurant. Service went from being good one day to having to wait quite a long time to be served the next. However, the staff seemed to be doing their best and kept smiling.

An oasis where we could truly relax, with attentive staff providing a personal touch, whether at the Breeze restaurant or around the pool or at the Spa or just wandering through the grounds. Particularly appreciated the butler service in our amazing Pavilion room, the impromptu fruit bowls and water service at poolside, and our last night romantic island dinner (thank you to Mega for this, and to the whole Samaya team for the excellent service from our arrival to departure). We would love to have stayed longer but will be back !

Villa was amazing. Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining its cleanliness. Wonderful welcome to property and team.did their best to clean up the room so I could check in earlier. Service was generally good. Safe and secure location Sufficient lighting within the property and villa itself. All-day breakfast Point to note: The Samaya isnt the glitzy St Regis or the newest player in town. The spa was closed for maintenance when I was there. It's been a good 20 years since its launch and 10 years since its last renovation. Despite that, the property is stunning and has that quiet elegance and exclusive feel that appeals to those seeking quiet, peace and serenity. I'll be back. Thank you to everyone.

I didnt quite understand the butler service. No direct access to them(allcalls had to be made to front desk) and I wished they had more initiative in providing recommendations instead of just saying yes/ no/ I'm not sure. They had to be clearly instructed. Not at the level I was hoping. However, they were very polite and did try what they knew so THANK YOU still for trying, much appreciation. Perhaps just more training is required. Would appreciate turn down service Service was generally good but there were areas of improvement as it was inconsistent.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful beach, facilities, and villas, whole stay was amazing with genuinely sunny staff and great service. All were clean and well maintained, the bed was also extremely comfortable. We enjoyed lovely relaxed atmosphere, the beach was quiet and family friendly, has strong wave - probably more for surfing - but still we were able to dip, its clean water made us happy (we went to other beaches in other area, unfortunately some beaches were full of kelps). We will definitely come back here again.

I booked in last minute and didn’t read through the details that our villa was across the street away from the beach and facilities. Still, villa was beautiful, we had pick up services and walk was short so no issue but as we were hoping for the beach front stay, I would prefer the villas in beach sides in next chance.

The Samaya is an exceptional resort our Royal Pavillon Villa exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. All of the staff from the Spa, the Breeze restaurant and the Butlers were extremely helpful going above and beyond to make our stay the best we have ever experienced. The location is perfect on the beach in the centre of busy Seminyak while being a quiet sanctuary at the same time. You’ll never get tired of watching that sunset, best place to watch it with a cocktail. Highly recommend The Samaya for hospitality, value, facilities and exceptional staff. We’ll be back next year with the family.

What’s not to love? We’ll never get some a luxurious pool villa, with such a massive pool and spacious digs, at this price point anywhere else. Also love love love the all day breakfast. The hotel let us have breakfast on the beachfront at 3pm and then a second breakfast in our room at 6pm for no additional charge, how can you not love that. Also love the free laundry every day and the afternoon tea. Great service too. This hotel is truly heaven on earth.

This is really nitpicky but the hotel would randomly call us. It was pretty annoying. Other than that can’t think of anything else.
