This location was very nice. The facility is clean and truly feels like a home away from home. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The is a virtual attendant to help with any issues. I found them to be polite and helpful.

The bed and mattress were not the best. I paid for parking but, found several challenges when parking. This was not technically the facilities issue but, due to this being a remote assistance facility, there was no one on site to aid with the issue. I had to personally track down the person double parked and blocking me in. This issue occured more than once. I was refunded for one day of parking but, this isssue happened multiple times during my week stay.

There were so many things to like about Le 31. We reserved three apartments, 2 superior studios and 1 prestige apartment. The location was superb! We could walk to so many areas of Quebec. The parking space was great to have when we traveled outside the city. (Make sure you reserve a spot in advance, since the hotel only has 5 available spots.) The accommodations were not only well-equipped, but also comfortable and quiet. The WiFi worked well. The appliances were all clean and in working order. The kitchens were fully stocked. We loved having a washer and dryer in two of the units. There was even a storage closet available to guests for extra towels or laundry pods, etc. Housekeeping is available every 5 days. The communication with the hotel was excellent. Emails were always returned promptly. We had one issue with the air conditioning in the apartment. It was repaired the next morning. One recommendation for the hotel would be to provide a guest book, either in each apartment or one in the lobby. Since there is no staff/concierge on site, it would be nice to get recommendations from past guests for restaurants, attractions, etc. I would highly recommend Le 31 McMahan.

Nice apartment, big, fit 5 people well. Good pillows, comfy beds, nice kitchen. Good location. A minute walk to Rue St. John with shopping, bars, restaurants. You can get a parking spot if you call and reserve one early enough. It's well worth the 25 bucks. I didn't know where the spot was beforehand. Nothing a quick text message didn't solve. Ours was directly behind the building on a different back street. Beautiful spot to access the christmas markets and petite Champlain. Nothing is too a far walk.

Key code entry for the Street door was fine, but after coming back from dinner, It didn't work. Turns out you use the silver number panel on first entry, but on subsequent entries, you use the black intercom key pad next to that. I just might have missed that instruction in my email. also, could have used a cutting board in the kitchen, I couldn't find one.

The location was ideal and within walking distance of everything. It’s right across the street from the artillery park (pictured) and the street behind is a major walking street (pictured) with restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again! It was easy to pick up pastries from Pillard’s for breakfast and bring back to keep on budget. The kitchen was awesome and stocked enough to cook for a family of four. Communication was instant when we arrived and our reserved parking space was taken. We were offered to park in a temporary on site space.

It would be helpful if places with kitchens, in general, listed the type of coffee machines offered, so we can buy the right coffee.

We're a couple who stayed in the classic suite studio sized apartment. It is well thought out with a large comfy bed, great lighting and ample charging stations. It has all the basic amenities provided with ample towels. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it had all we needed. We only stayed one night.

Location is out of the happening tourist zone (street eerily deserted on a Saturday night at 7pm). No parking available for us and we weren't told a possibility of reserving a spot. Parking garage available 3 minutes walk away. Note, for longer term stays - no washer and dryer.

The property is situated perfectly within all the sights and restaurants in quebec. The room was spotless on arrival and everything you need. The hosts were easy to contact if you needed them and would reply straight away. Everything is very modern and the bed was very comfortable.

The only gripe i had was that the sockets by the bed on both sides didn’t work. And also the only mirror was in the bathroom although it was a lovely mirror but i would have liked another one especially when you are both getting ready at the same time.

Great location in Old Quebec. Modern decor in an historic building, extremely clean, all the amenities required for a longer stay (fridge, stove, coffe machine, dishwasher, etc). Good communications from the management. Price was awesome for what this place offered. Parking is limited on the premises, but a huge covered public and secure parking lot (D'Youville) is at about a 3 minute walk, and costed me only $20 for the period of Friday at 1600h to Saturday at 1030h. Le 31 McMahon will be my first choice for accommodations whenever I go back to Québec City!

I love how straight forward it was. Also having access to the cabinets with extra towels and toiletries was so nice. I would also like to comment on how awesome it was that the kitchens where fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The place

My only critique is that the remote for the heat pump seemed to be not functional and I had to take the batteries out multiple times. I could've texted the staff but didn't feel like it was a big deal. Also, the website did not have anywhere to type in credit card info for tipping the house keeping but it could've been a glitch on my phone. Overall this was an amazing hotel.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was super convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen. While there is no staff on site, they do a great job in communication and are available at any time. And above all, the location is amazing! Located on a quiet corner adjacent to the park, the hotel is steps away from Rue Saint Jean and many great stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and we'll definitely look to stay here when we return to Quebec!

FYI: - There is no elevator so if you need accessibility, make sure to request a room on the first floor. - BYO toiletries. The hotel only provides shower soap. - There are limited surface parking spots (2 or 3) adjacent to the hotel. For a lesser price, we parked in one of the public garages in the city center.

What a nice place --very close to a main road with a lot of shops and restaurants. It was within walking distance to most everything in Old Town Quebec. The place was clean and well lit -- minimal noise from neighbors. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Hosts were quick to answer questions and fix one small issue we had during our stay.

Honestly nothing. It was a great stay. Would highly recommend. Parking was a little hard but only because of construction going on in the area.
