Great location in Vieux (Old) Quebec; walking distance to everything you want to see in the old town. Check-in and check-out were very smooth & easy. The concierge was very welcoming. Love the Chez Boulay Deli for a quick/to-go croissant in the morning. Overall, it's very comfortable and convenient to stay in this hotel.

The entrance was kinda weird, it's a lower level and you have to walk up the stairs to the lobby. People with accessibility issues would find this very difficult. I know that most hotels in North America & Europe use bed runners, but I just find them dirty and not appealing at all. This is not specific to this hotel.

Location was great, it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Our kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sauna! Breakfast was plentiful, loads of options and fresh. Staff were helpful and provided tips and advice. Rooms were clean and beds were relatively comfortable.

We were charged 2 different prices for breakfast (our kids' ages didn't change while we were there). There is a fair amount of stairs to walk up when you arrive and we had 4 suitcases. However, when we checked out, there were people to assist with our bags going down. We must have missed them when we arrived.

The Hotel Manoir Victoria, has friendly staff, eager to make your stay a pleasant one. Centrally located in Quebec City, you will enjoy walking through their neighborhood, tasting the local culinary dishes and visiting in their local shops. Quebec City is beautiful and should be enjoyed on foot but the hotel can also set you up with a Hop On- Hop Off tour of the city if you're a first time visitor. If you are planning to visit Quebec City, the Hotel Manoir Victoria is great.

I was really impressed with the amount of public chargers in Quebec but it would have been nice to have one on the property.

Excellent location 1 block from the heart of old Quebec. Staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds/pillows were fantastic. Firm and supportive, but you could snuggle right in. Loved the indoor pool as well! We went twice for an evening float-around and we were the only people there.

There is a long flight of stairs to get to street level. The valets are very helpful with luggage, so that was not an issue, but you have to keep that in mind when you are coming and going. Also, there is no bar to grab a cocktail in house. The restaurant on the property won’t serve drinks unless you order food as well.

From the staff to the room, everything was immaculate! Everything was clean and modern.

The hotel is located on a second floor so there are some stairs that you have to keep in mind when you arrive. We had 2 small luggages but I can’t imagine going up the stairs with more. The breakfast buffet is offered for 26$ but it’s not worth it. It’s too basic and they charge you whatever tip they want without even asking. We payed 100+ for 3 breakfast buffets.

We were in room 401. It was much more spacious than we expected for an older hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The entire hotel was very lovely and well maintained. We overlooked Rue Saint Jean which was wonderful. You can hear the musicians and people and it feels very alive and energetic. The location is great for walking all over the city, it feels very central to the biggest attractions. The pool is fairly small but it's a pool so that was great for the kids. The sauna was very clean and appeared newer.

We overlooked Rue Saint Jean which was wonderful most of the time but could also be loud. Better windows would help with the sound and black out curtains would also be nice as it was very bright as soon as the sun came out. We had to get new keys to our room twice during our 4 night stay because they stopped working - a bit inconvenient. The biggest down side of our stay was waiting 35 minutes for the valet to bring us our car. He moved very slowly and brought a car out of the ramp every 15-20 minutes. It shouldn't take this long. It was frustrating as we had tickets and then felt rushed.

Very good location for main tourist sites. Very comfy beds. Staff, especially Bernard and Mark, are very friendly. The Deli in the hotel was good for getting pastries and coffee for breakfast if you didn’t want cooked breakfast.

Pity there is not a bar in the hotel. Didn’t want to go out again after being out all day. So went to bed early and watched NHL play offs on TV.

Excellent location in the city, the room was very spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

For our trip, there really wasn't anything we disliked. It wasn't the MOST fabulous hotel we've stayed but we weren't expecting to swim in the pool or use the fitness center much. I wish the hotel had a hot tub for long days of walking around the beautiful city but that was really the only minor drawback.

Everything. The staff, the feel of the hotel, Boulay, one of the best, accessible from the hotel and of course the perfect location. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was nice but a bit pricy if you don't eat a lot. If they could have a continental only version at half the price it would be perfect. However, there are plenty of eating places around. It's just nice and convenient being able to have breakfast right at the hotel.

Everything went well except below. We were only there one night which was too little. Location was excellent and the bike race happened on the day we were there. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was pricy but I think that is because of the bike race.

We had to catch a flight early in the morning and were unable to get appropriate help with our luggage or a cart to do ourselves. We ended up carrying heavy suitcases down a flight of stairs because the elevator to the bottom floor area is not renovated for guest use.
