Everything was as stated in the description. This was my first time staying in accommodation with a shared bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised. The setup was very well organized, with separate bathrooms for men and women. The women’s bathroom had two cabins and was kept very clean throughout my stay. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with all the basic appliances needed for cooking. The location is excellent—right next to the metro, making it super easy to get to any part of Lisbon.

The room was quite basic, with no closet for storing belongings. Instead, there was only a hanging clothes rack. Additionally, there was a door connecting our room to the next, which meant we could hear all the noise coming from the neighboring room, affecting our privacy and comfort.

Everything was perfect. The location. The staff. It is only a guest house with shared bathrooms but we never had to wait to use facilities. The lovely cleaners kept them spotless. The kitchen was a bonus as well. We were able to keep things cool in the fridge. Also there was an oven and all sorts of kitchen Aida there. So good to b right on the metro and so close to walk down the hill to the water and all the tourist things there. We often walked down and caught the 758 bus at E2.00 back. The local restaurant down the bottom was great. It has a trip advisor recommendation. Also Copenhagen Hub almost next door for the best coffee and real pastries. Croissants superb. A supermarket also on your doorstep. Rayo metro was so close for a quick trip to the airport. Almost forgot the rooftop deck for happy hour

Nothing I can think of

Location was great and the staff was wonderful Alan and the girl I think her name was Monica they were both fantastic and I couldn’t be thankful enough for the girl to provide us towels and let us have a shower on the second floor before leaving to the airport as me and my elderly mum had been out the whole day and the heat of 36 Celsius degrees almost killed us 🔥 They also were very good giving us information and always in a very helpful and pleasant manner.

I realised the hotel is under renovations but I thought the cleanliness could be better, the lampshade in the room had a lot of dust, the window blinds had lots of mould, and the mattress had its days and the blankets inside the wardrobe looks over worn however I did have a good sleep. We were on the 6th floor I think when the whole hotel is like the second floor looking clean and tidy it’ll be perfect 🤩

Location 100m from the metro and bus stops, view, cleanliness and excellent behavior of the staff. It is not so obvious for this category of accommodation that there is enough space to store things and there are plenty of plugs and they are close at hand by the bed. We left 200 Euros in the room when we left. They phoned us about it when we were on our way to Lagos. I especially want to appreciate their honesty and willingness. They sent the money to our account without any problems. Thanks.

A well-sized room with a thoughtful layout and two access options to the upper floors. The kitchen is equipped for a short staying with what you’d need. The shared bathroom is clean, as is the room itself. Fresh and clean bedding adds to the comfort of the stay.

The place would greatly benefit from a renovation. It’s an old building with outdated rooms that feel poorly maintained and hastily adapted. The overall appearance and comfort could be significantly improved with some updates.

Location is good for us, 15mins to Bairro Alto area and further down to Alfama, we didn't have to take bus to go to place of interests. It is just minutes away from Rato metro station. There were nice cafe and dining places that serve good local food. Room is spacious for 2 persons with clean bathroom, not stuffy. Bed and pillow are comfortable. They clean the room daily during our 5d4n stay. On a hot day of ~29c in late Apr, the room was not hot when we were back in the evening. WiFi was quite stable. Noise from the street ie traffic, music and ppl on the street were blocked pretty well by the double glazed windows and door, not affecting my sleep. Double blind as well. During our stay, guests from other rooms were nice and quiet. I can come back here to stay again.

Minor - It would be nicer if the light on L5 lift lobby can be lit up and shower gel pump is working (not locked).

Let's be honest here this place is not a hotel it is a dormitory with several rooms on the floor and shared showers and kitchen, shared between all tenants of the floor. However it is kept very clean and tidy, toilets are supplied with toilet paper and shower gels. Rooms look fresh and nice. Place was quiet and relaxing. But bonus of this place I'd roof terrace which opens great views to the city and the sea.

Booking this accomodation I had no idea it is dormitory and reading comments just before checking in got me scared and expecting the worst. I believe that many of those unsatisfied guests also got confused. I believe that clear description could make make it better, especially clear explanation that shared bathroom is not between rooms booked but all rooms and tenants of the floor.

I think for a start, the room looked exactly like the picture. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was big. The wifi also worked well in the room. The reception were super helpful and friendly, and it was not too far to walk to the main restaurant and bar area of town. The hotel was excellent value for money considering the cost of other hotels in the same area.

The 3rd floor only had 1 toilet and 2 showers for guys, and a couple of times, we had to wait to use them.

Good heating, great WiFi, wonderful rooftop terrace, especially after 22:00 if you like a little solitude. However, it's right next door to rato metro station and in Lisbon you want to be close to the metro

Sharing a bath room doesn't bother me but come on,guys, put a lock on the toilet door! Balcony was shared, only one chair and one table.

Just across the metro station Rato. A minute of walking from Auchen supermarket. Some 20 minutes of walk from centre. It was clean and calm. Kitchen on each floor is equipped well. Shared bathrooms clean. Room spacous , with terrace and air condition to keep the room warm during winter.

Nothing of major issues. For the price it was really more than I expected.
