The place was right smack in the middle of every thing. Plus, it’s a stone thrown away from St. Patrick’s, which was very convenient for me. Hats off to the cleaning lady, whoever she was, in making our room thoroughly clean daily. Most specifically the bathroom, so very clean every time we return from roaming the city.

The front desk staff makes you feel unwelcome. But maybe it was just me. Their lack of hospitality was compensated more than enough by the crew at Berk’s Bar and the man by the main door. Berk’s Bar staff made us feel so at home.

It was our first visit to NYC. My friend and I met there, both coming from different cities. It was safe, the location was perfect, it was very comfortable and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! We cant wait to come back...we might bring our husbands this time! Thanks Omni Berkshire Place!

Silly thing....but we got home from the theatre a little after midnight, and there was no access to a bottle of water.

I liked the proximity to subway and many Manhattan attractions. Price reasonable. Quiet. Friendly staff.

I had asked for a coffee maker before arriving but there wasn't one in the room. Wasn't a big deal so I didn't tell anyone. I truly do not appreciate all the taxes/"resort fees" for things that I'll NEVER use. A tax for the Jacob Javitz center?? I don't know why that's necessary.

The perfect location on Madison Ave and proximity to St Patrick cathedral and shops. We booked the Berkshire suite and were very happy with the size and comfort of the room. The room was quiet as it was located at the back of the hotel and as expected no view. Loved the soft fluffy bathrobes and complementary bottles of water. Receptionist was very accommodating when we request for a late check out.

When we checked in, we had to called twice before the sofa bed was finally made up at about 11pm. The cups and complementary cheese platter were not cleared away throughout our 3 days stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a block away from 5th Avenue and within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central, and Bryant Park. The room was clean and comfortable, surprisingly spacious for New York City standards. The staff members were polite and the food at the hotel restaurant was great. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

The light switch for the bathroom was located outside of it, so if you needed to use the bathroom at night, turning on the light would illuminate the entire room.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Location was incredibly conveniet to everthing we required. The room was very clean and well maintained. Lenny, the doorman was above and beyond with his level of service and knowlege of any questions we had for him. Overall experience was exceptional for NYC.

We were a bit dissapointed that there was not a mini fridge in the room. We felt that would have been a nice thing to have and it prevented us from bringing anything perishable back with us. That is the only thing that we would have liked to see that we didn't have and certainly not anthing that had an overly adverse affect on our stay.

Breakfast was pretty good I would recommend not using the triangle potatoes which are deep fried The woman that clean our room (Venus I think?)was fantastic

If I could be guaranteed the same rate I will consider coming back NY Taxes really add up The City seems to have lost some charm the all of the kabuki cabs /horse drawn carriages aggressively getting in your face BKN Bridge was so ridiculously full of street Vendors as to make it near impossible to get through I realize this is out of your control

Location was perfect for us. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was a little on the small side but fine. Most importantly, the staff had taken all our requests on board re quiet room. Friendly and helpful Concierge Service

We had breakfast in the restaurant once and it was a total disaster. It took at least 40 minutes to get 2 orders of pancakes, and that was after having called the Manager to make her aware of the delay. She was very apologetic and didn't charge for the order but it was terribly inconvenient. Also the coffee was awful!
