The staff was lovely. The room was not what I expected 🤭 The room was huge 😃 It was so roomy, comfortable,. I would have to say, our family room was in a really good area in the whole complex. My 22 month old grandson was able to ride his little bike around the carpark. It was such a pleasurable stay. My family & I really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay again.

Location, staff and cleanliness

The TV was incredibly slow. The sink tap was extremely hot no matter which way you turned it (even after waiting a while for heated by the sun water to pass through). The curtains allowed light through at the top which meant the outside light shone brightly all night. Same as door, also noisy cars early in the morning sound came through. These are sort of petty comments but it did impact my stay and probably will choose somewhere else next time.

We had a lovely staying at this beautiful resort nice and clean.....staff are really friendly specialy Housekeeping...

We had a couple early morning the groundsmen are to noisy just right outside our room without any warning from the reception and can hear guest running around on the top room at 12am... 😊thanks

Family room was really spacious. Great dining table and big rooms. Great air conditioning. Comfortable room.

WiFi and TV was tricky to work out. Not enough crockery and cutlery for the number of people staying - but this was rectified by staff when told about it. Toaster needs replacing - burns toast on the lowest setting. I feel for what we are paying to stay, some free laundry facilities would be warranted. Did not appreciate having to pay for that, and having to have the correct money - only accepts $1 coins.

If the restaurant is advertised during booking, then I expect it to be open, especially if it has great reviews. If it is not open during our stay due to staffing, then I expect to be told prior to booking. Was expecting to eat there for convenience but ended up having to go out.

The rooms were clean and comfortably set out. The bed was warm and cosy for the winter weather.

Check in staff were abrupt when I challenged them on something, given I am a regular guest of the property I felt that it was unnecessary.

This is our go to accommodation when travelling while towing a boat. It is a good location and if you mention you’re towing a boat they will situate your room as close as they can toward the boat parking which is off street. Staff are excellent, there’s a pool and BBQ onsite, rooms are clean and comfy.

Loved the pool, that it had everything in the kitchen to cook besides a flip. Loved where the property was located.

The car park space was abit annoying to be honest. Would have been nice if they had the room numbers on them.

Cleanliness was great, the staff and location were exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I would suggest is that you supply more plates and cutlery. There is a toaster there (for toast, of course) but no knives to spread butter etc ...

It was exactly what I looked for when I booked the place. I booked it for a reason and was not disappointed. Great place great facilities. When I return I know where I am staying. The restaurant was a highlight.

The length of my stay could of and should of been longer. Not much to put here because it would not be true.
