It is very central to the “tourist” sites. Easily walked to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre, Time Square, etc….Very nice Hotel/condos. Nice sized rooms. Friendly and professional staff. We would recommend this property to others and would stay again.

Be prepared for a time share pitch, but they were not pushy which was nice. We avoided it. I read The elevators may be a wait but we had no trouble with that even when one was out of commission. Handy to have the cafe/convenience store in the building but be prepared to pay a price for it.

Both myself and my Partner enjoyed staying in this hotel. Room was spacious and with a nice view to the city. Bed was huge and very comfy. Also, it was quiet and there was no sound coming from other rooms which help us to relax. Water pressure in the shower was good too and no issues with water temperature even when you want to take a shower in the middle of the night. :) location was very central, almost at Time Square. Well done Hilton, you have never disappointed me! <3

One day we came back to our room and we found a bag with trash in the middle of our room lol i guess someone who cleaned our room forgot to throw this out but it just made us laugh :) If you don’t request the coffee capsules at reception, they would not provide you any.

The location is unbeatable (can walk to almost any major tourist destination) and the rooms are fairly updated compared to many hotels in New York. There is a functional AC unit and overall clean.

It was a busy hub with lots of tourists and other folks who didn’t stay at the hotel but they kept good security in the evening. This particular hotel is a timeshare and not the main Hilton branch so their services were a bit more limited. The front desk is on the 37th floor and they don’t provide luggage storage. You’ll have to pay separately for that service in the lobby.

Location is fabulous (though beware the nearest subway station is not very accessible if you have heavy bags!). The rooms are large (especially by NYC standards) and I even scored a fabulous view, which was a real treat. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good.

Nothing to dislike, although I didn’t especially appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door when I had the do not disturb sign out. If you’re in need of a snack, do not use the shop on the ground floor - somehow i managed to pay $8 for single chocolate bar! Luckily, it’s not too far to other convenience stores.

You should ready that it is a huge building with 3 separate hotels inside (Hilton Club is on floors from 37th), so there are a lot of people and lines for check-in, luggage storage and check out. 2. Great surprise for our anniversary ( champagne, strawberry, postcard, juice). Thank you once again 3. Special thanks to Mosies on Reception - he gave us a great view room & prepare surprise for our Anniversary.

1. No breakfast included despite quite high price per night 2. Luggage storage cost 5$ per item per day. So for 2 suitcases and 1 backpack we pay 15$ for 3 hours storage before the plane 3. Room was cozy, but you feel that it was great 10-15 years ago for business trips to NY. Now personnel try to keep rooms clean and up to date but w/o big investments from the owners of this hotel.

Well… it’s a Hilton in midtown manhattan, in the middle of the hurricane. So if you are on vacation, expect to see a lot of people on business, suits, conventions, etc in the lobby and hallways. It’s an obvious thing when you think about it, but my wife and I immediately were transferred “back to work” as soon as we arrived. Besides, The hotel is on the 37th floor, so elevator might be packed, but not quite an issue for us. We were lucky. Also, price is high, but again, New York.

Excellent location- 10 minutes walk to Times Square & 5 minutes from Metro & Radio City. Lovely, comfortable room with coffee/tea machine. Free water in rooms. Good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Only get shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap & mouthwash- no other toiletries. Have to pay for luggage room & very long queues for it. Long queues for the reception desk & very slow. Lifts are a nightmare! Hotel was very busy and some lifts not working & not enough to accommodate the number of people. Booked for 4 people in s room, arrived at midnight but the sofa bed was not made up. Couldn't even do it ourselves as there was hardly any spare bedding. Requested bedding at midnight, but didn't turn up until nearly 2am - we were shattered! If you intend to use the sofa bed then ensure you request it be made up!

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable as you are a 10 minute walk to Central Park and a 15 minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central. The staff from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the security guards were extremely kind and helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The room had an amazing view and was very big. If you are questioning whether to stay in this hotel or not, don't even think about it and book here. I've stayed in other hotels in Midtown Manhattan and this was by far the best.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, great amenities with bars and other things that make life easier for the tourist. Room was great too, great size, with a nice table for meals, bathroom was nice, great water pressure, nice toiletries. I thought it was a great price for the time of the year! I'd definitely stay there again, no doubts!

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have a nightstand on my side of the bed, only my husband had it. Also, there wasn't an outlet on my side of the bed, meaning I couldn't charge my phone while sleeping, I had to put it somewhere else and get out of the bed to turn off my alarm. Nothing that would make me not stay there again, but I do see this is a flaw.

I really wonder why this hotel doesn’t have a much better rating. Perfect location, spacious rooms with everything you might need for a short or a long stay. Everyone was really polite and helpful. Super clean rooms. Free coffee and tea at the lounge.
