better types of cheese are needed on breakfast white cheese was very salty , we couldn't eat it for the whole 2 weeks of our stay some of the guests children were disrupting our enjoinment (not your falt) noises of construction sometimes irritating

They were absolutely amazing , the room was super clean and tidy . The cleaner Stephenie was exceptionally friendly also the breakfast was till 10:30 am but on my request for a coffee the hotel made me latte at past 11:30 am which was also a plus and thank you . Looking forward to book again in September all best thank you so Much again ❤️

Hospitality and professionalism , such great service and amazing staff

I was put in a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately it was Friday night and the Ibiza night club opposite was pretty noisy until 4am. However, the next day I asked for a room change and the manager arranged this immediately to a very quiet room. The hotel is quite some way from the centre of town. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at during the evening. Breakfast was OK.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The staff were wonderful, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend to others.

The room I got did not have a view, and the phone was broken, so whenever I needed anything from room service I would have to go down to the lobby.

All good, room clean, pillows just a bit basic. Good telly, breakfast all very tasty. Easy to uber to downtown, lots of decent restaurants near by too.

A but noisy at night with lots of echo around the hallways. But had earplugs so wasn't really an issue once I used those.

I’ve been staying at Liwan Hotel every time I visit Amman since I was a child, and I’ve loved it ever since. They consistently renovate the place, keeping it fresh and clean, and the staff is always incredible. Some of them have been there since my childhood, which adds a personal touch to every stay.

property is very good location. 1.Nice hotel. 2. 3.large room. 4.Neat and clean very perfect. 5. Staff are very cooperative very helpful. Specially I want to mention name of Mr. Mahmood’s Hasabi Maintenance in charge he is great person also I want include name Mr. Abu Nimar and Mr Jamal they are very kind helpful person I really appreciate them.

just I want mention regarding my bathroom need to renew all plumbing work.

The price, food, and the staff for sure. What a great place to spend your vacation. The owners are amazing people and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back next time.

We loved the Liwan

I spent 3 nights, the room is newly renovated. It has a double size bed. It was nice and quite. Clearly, the hotel has improved a lot in comparison to last year's review. The area is full of restaurants, and has a lovely atmosphere. I would stay in it again.

The price tag is a little bit high for the facility, but at the end the stay was pleasant.

Im glad i booked this hotel, i had a lovely stay. Best hotel experience in jordan to be honest. Clean, great location, effecient staff and most important, everything is new and fresh renovated. Fast and reliable Wifi.
