The location is fantastic — in the very center of Yerevan, close to everything. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, very good level of hospitality. Room is not too spacious and a bit too narrow, but everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The level of prices for accommodation in Yerevan is inexcusably high nowadays, so this hotel has relatively reasonable price in this total craziness of Yerevan in poor Armenia…

I don‘t know what was it — probably the tram outside, or anything else (the tube?) but every 5 minutes I had the feeling that earthquake is coming, the whole building was like thrilling… thanks God, not in the night, but still in the late evening and early morning…

Great location right in the city centre, very spacious and clean room, very helpful staff.

Some inconvenience was caused by neighbours arriving late and talking loudly in the corridor, noise from the underground and the shower door letting water through at the bottom.

Their staffs are polite, friendly and supportive. Some of them are fluent in English. I stayed at 3rd floor suites, which was comforting enough for city sightseeing. Exactly what it shown in the Booking.com photo images. Actually beddings and linens were even better than I thought. Hallway is a bit noisy as the hotel is located in the same building of Moscow Cinema (movie theater). The room has small windows for air ventilation.

The location was amazing, pretty much everything is 5-10 min walk away from the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The service is bad , and the wifi wasnt working for a few days on our stay. But the staff was very accommodating and got us a small wifi cube for our room.

Very friendly staff. I would like to thank Elen at the reception for being very helpful during our stay. Elen made sure all our concerns get addressed. The location is great! You open your door, and you’re downtown! Affordable option. There is a Cinema upstairs.

The metro noise, it stops at 11 pm though. The mattress isn’t very comfortable, there’s a gab in the middle. ( they put two twin beds together)

Great location, the very center of the city. Clean and really spacious rooms, you can do full exercise routine with burpees easily. Clean bathroom. Gorgeous service and nice and helpful personnel. Movie theatre and restaurant on premises. Prices are above average, but the hotel is worth it.

I noticed and immediately killed a cockroach crawling down the table. I suspect this uninvited guest came from the cafe nearby. I suggest a special aftertreament against the parasites every week or so. Apart from that, no other remarks.

The staff was very friendly and also the position was very good as well. The hotel is in a little but cute square with some bar to take somethink to drink.

The room was not so good to rest. There is the noise of the underground all day long.

Located in the Middle of Yerevan, Easy to get around from the hotel.

Sound proof is recommended for improvement. So traveler won’t hear their neighbors, subway and cinema from the room

Spacious room, good bathroom. There's not much space inside the bathroom for your stuff, but the closet across does the job. Good airconditioning. Subway runs under the hotel. You hear it, but it doesn't disturb. It only runs during daytime, between app. 7 and 23. Location is great, in between al mayor sights and close to restaurants, bars, etc. Very helpful staff. They helped us park the car and get it out again (it was a car-blocking site), so we could leave in time in the morning. And... it was for free! They also arranged an uber to a very nice restaurant up the mountain (recommend it - Cascade Royal, awesome view on the city and great food!)

Nothing really, just be aware there's no window or daylight, might that be important for you. And the subway, that comes by (or under) every now and then.

I was really surprized that the hotel was inside of the Moscow Cinema! 🌹 A clean room, a strong hot shower, good AC and a good quality for the price! 💝 You can get out your room and straightly visit the cinema for ur fav movies!
