The location was close to many facilities and offered many conveniences itself. The room itself offered plenty of space and having an outdoor area was a great bonus allowing us to enjoy the beauty of eating dinner outside under the stars. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like, the place was astounding. If I had to pick on anything, the washing machine and dryer was a little tricky to work out how to use, but with the help of Google Translate we managed to work it out.

Loved the location. Mt Fuji is visible from the villa's location. There is a Lawson's down the street as well, we could buy supplies that we needed with a quick walk. There is also firewood for purchase offered by the facilities. We highly recommend getting it for the bbq pit. We had a lovely time sitting around the fire at night enjoying the warmth. Overall a nice stay for our 2 days in the Kawaguchiko area exploring Mt fuji. Bbq facilities are provided on a pay-per-day basis. Comes with a box of charcoal, fire starters, grilling mesh, cooking chopsticks, disposable aluminum and paper ware, fans, gloves, tongs, and napkins. You only need to bring food to grill. We bought bbq supplies for 2 nights, but 1 night was more than enough. It made camping so easy and fun! The management was also quick to respond to our request to fix one of our deck lights that went out by the next day.

Checking in could be a bit tricky. While we did not have any problems checking in, other guests found it challenging and made some noise around the grounds attempting to get into their villas. It was disruptive.

Nice quiet location, near to the forest mall, with many shopping options, including a Max Valu super, Daiso, sports shop. Good food options as well. The bathroom was excellent, with automated hot tub. Child friendly as well as the room had an area with a tent which the kids enjoyed soooo much.

I think the property needs to change its picture of the view from the compound of Mt Fuji as a new building unfortunately has been built and has blocked most of Mt Fuji. But you can still get good shot of Mt Fuji if you just step outside the compound, across the road :)

The host was nice, and we had a shuttle bus to pick and send us to and from the train station to the accommodation

The location is gorgeous. You wake up to Mt Fuji literally at your doorstep. The cabin was clean and had a small kitchen, which was very convenient.

The check-in time was very rigid. We arrived by bus from Tokyo at 2 pm but could not check in until 3 pm. There was nowhere to store our luggage, so we had to either walk the 35 minutes back into town with our luggage or wait out the front for an hour. It would have been good if there were some storage lockers for luggage.

Check in was done online using a tablet at the site. It's easy to use. The unit was very clean and cosy. I like that we can park our car right in front of our unit. There's a Lawson nearby, within 5 mins walk.

It was raining quite heavily during our stay. The BBQ area and the front door wasn't really sheltered properly, so we got a bit wet in 10℃ weather. It's a fun experience though. Even though it could sleep 4 people, the 2 of us find it abit small for 4 adults.

The room was very spacious and great for large groups or families. There was around 7-8 beds with a cute tent where smaller children could possibly play around. In terms of getting there, we rented a car that we picked up from Kawaguchiko station and was easy to find and park (parking was right beside our house). Will definitely come back next time!

It was a bit of a challenge to find the lockbox and find out which house we were in until last minute. We also kept hitting our heads on the bunk bed ceiling.

Check in time was very strict 3pm with no place to store any luggage if you arrive early and would like to go for a walk whilst you wait until youre able to access your room

The villa was clean and comfortable. Good Fuji view.

The check-in was the self-check in, which the reservation code was not match with the code that booking.com gave us. ( the villa code needs 6 digits but the code that booking.com gave me was 10 digits. There was no staff to help or ask anymore and no local phone to call to the staff there. ( My phone is no roaming) I had to ask for help from Lawson's staff that located 200metres from the villa to call the staff and wait almost 1 hour to finish the check-in process.
