The rooms are so comfortable and well-equipped. They have thought of everything! I really loved the in-room Jacuzzi and breakfast was great. (There aren't many places in the area open for breakfast, so I'd definitely recommend having it at the hotel.) Also, I recommend having the barbecue dinner one night as well as being sure to reserve your spot at the onsen. This place is so cool and the view of Mount Fuji from the hotel grounds is amazing!
I wish there were actual sheets and a duvet instead of sleeping bags. They lean into the "glamping" theme, but everything else in the rooms is super comfortable and the sleeping bag just didn't fit. I love camping and don't mind sleeping in my own sleeping bag, but I feel like they're hard to wash and I just didn't love it in a hotel setting.

It's a beautiful stay in Kawaguchiko. We came here with a guide cum driver, it's quite a distance to Mishima Station for JR train. There's a Jacuzzi within the room which we didn't got to utilize. We had to cook our own breakfast (it's glamping afterall) with ingredients provided, which we didn't aware. We had a morning train to catch hence were quite shock, afraid time was not enough. We enjoyed the cooking nonetheless with cosy weather and nice view. It's one of the best moment in Kawaguchiko despite the rush. Recommended to allocate some time in the morning to enjoy it.

Location is great, you can see Mt. Fuji from the site. I stay in the Pao and did not expect it's so spacious and comfy. The BBQ is interesting - staff was very helpful and showed me how to set up a charcoal fire; food is also impeccable. I went there to run the Kawaguchiko marathon and asked the reception for taxi booking. The hotel staff told me it's very hard to book a taxi now but someone from the site offered to give my a ride on the morning of the race day. I'm really really grateful for the amazing overall experience.

It felt like a luxurious experience. Breakfast in conservatory/indoor terrace with mt Fuji view was amazing. Dinner was great and having a roast chicken cooked for us whilst we used grill meant we could still eat something whilst waiting for food to cook. Having a private jacuzzi was very cool. We did the starry night tour and saw 2 shooting stars after the tour! The host of that day was very kind, helpful and interesting.
We started our day sight seeing before arriving, and it was stressful trying to find a taxi in a remote location. We had no cellular signal to ring a taxi to take us to venue due to our esim plan. It would be great if there was an instant messaging service with the hotel that used internet only, so we could have asked hotel to arrange a taxi for us. The bedroom was cold still despite the hotels best efforts to keep it warm. Maybe give customers the choice to have a proper winters duvet within the room

Ambiance and decor was elevated and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing! Onsen was closed for the season but the room had a jacuzzi in it. Loved the dinner served to us in our villa- with a charcoal grill stoked for us ready to go. The food was excellent quality. The breakfast was amazing too and with a view of Mt. Fuji from inside the lodge. They space out breakfast reservations so everyone gets a chance at the view. Also the staff arranged for a perfect canoe trip with a local guide. And on our return to the station all cabs were booked so they offered us their shuttle.
Hard to think of anything. We were really well taken care of.

We stayed in the tent. It was a good experience as different from standard hotel rooms. It is spacious for up to 4 adults or family with 3kids. Would be good to have afew more outdoor activities stations.
It would be good to have a covered area leading to the bathroom from the tent. When it rains, it was abit of a challenge to get to the bathroom. But again, it’s meant to be tent stay so I guess, to be closer to the feel of “camping”, this is considered a “luxury” stay :)

Very unique room designs, have bbq outside which everyone can enjoys a night bbq with families and friends, on clear day can see Fuji-san.
Quite far away, you need cars to stay here. In order to use BBQ facilities you need to book dinner with the hotel, which I didn’t know since they called it dinner instead of BBQ, I thought I would be eating in resto so I ended up skipping it, cannot book it on the day :( Room is small but bathroom is huge, I wish they can take out some space from the bathroom and extend living room so we can freely open our luggages :(

The main walking path between / to the cabins has an excellent view of Fuji, even more so on a clear day. Dinner was especially good if you're fine with putting in effort (note: at the time of our stay, it was a BBQ dinner, which we had to cook ourselves over the charcoal grill at our cabin). Also loved that there was a Jacuzzi in the accommodation. This was extremely good value for money. The staff could either speak pretty good English or had a hand-held translator ready.
Room with the toilet can be a bit small if you're on the bigger side (like one of my companions). The walls surrounding the bed have a rather rough surface which can tear skin if you accidentally brush your arm against it at night.

the facility has a very good view directly can view Mt. Fuji. My package does not include meals but I ordered breakfast one day in advance. Breakfast is buffet style, the restaurant provides a pan for you to cook eggs, bacon by yourself. From the bar table of the restaurant you can directly see Mt. Fuji. The people are all very nice and very helpful.
it is a bit difficult to get a taxi to get around.

The place is super cute with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The food is excellent. The villa is spacious with its own dining room, a large bathroom with a big jacuzzi and a leather couçh in the bedroom not to mention the settee outdoors. The Staff is willing to please with a spécial mention to Makoto and the breakfast crew.
There were two minor glitches that were quickly solved First the sleeping bags on the bed we asked them to be replaced by sheets and comforters. Second misunderstanding barbecue dinner. We did not realize we had to barbecue ourselves which we are not familiar with. Miracle worker0 Makoto came to our rescue and we actually enjoyed our barbecue dinner. The manager kindly checked on us the following day..
