Comfort and staff was awesome. Great location for the theatre district. Great view of the City.

The Mothers Day menu was pricey and only had a few options. A;lso our door to the bathroom was very hard to shut and didn't slide correctly. The handle inside the door had been broken and they replaced it with a finger indent but the forgot to sauter or smooth out the rest of the broken steel handle and it kept cutting my fingers. They did fix it the next morning ( which I asked them to wait till we all left the room), it worked really well and the maintenance guy was super helpful and nice

I admit I love reviews from others. I mauled over the reviews for days before I booked. My daughter actually was the reason I did. She stayed here and insisted we stay as well. I'm awfully glad she insisted. The thought of staying near the airport totally shook me up, I was afraid the noise would be a constant distraction (barely noticed) so for us it wasn't. The hotel itself was quite striking upon entry. The bar on the first floor and modern but cozy fixtures and furnishings. The staff was AWESOME. The breakfast was included and gave an amazing american breakfast start to the day. The Pool was GREAT and warm, well stocked on towels and chairs to relax. I actually had it to myself in the morning for a few hours. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The large walk in shower was great and had some of the hottest water I've had at a hotel.

I only have 1 ding which is there is no microwave in any room. I don't like the idea of a community microwave on the main floor.The travel back to your room has your food cold upon arrival. I don't think it wouldn't be to much to put a microwave on each floor where the ice machine is.

Great location right next to AllState Arena. Was less than 5 minutes to walk there. There was a beautiful view of the airport. Beautiful facilities. Pool was nice as well.

The breakfast was very disappointing for the price we paid for the rooms. It consisted of waffles (and they only had two waffle makers for as busy as they are), scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. Would have been nice to have a little more variety. There were no bathtubs in the rooms I rented which made it a little challenging to bath a baby.

The location was amazing. I was there the next wrestling match at the Allstate Arena. The arena was literally behind the hotel so it was walkable. So, if your going to the arena I would recommend staying here.

When I turned the air on it made the room smell like mildew [like something wet was sitting around). It didn’t smell like that when I first checked into my room so that’s why I assumed it was the air cause I did turn it on and left. When I came back that’s how it smelled. Also, front desk did offer to change my room which was great.

The room was a nice size for 2 people and was very clean. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the shower was super clean. Very satisfied with the conditions of the room and bathroom.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or attentive. Each time we entered back into the hotel through the front doors, the person at the desk didn't even look up from their phone. We joked about this and made it a point to see if the person would ever look up and acknowledge us. They did not, even though we would say "hello" when walking in. One of the elevators was out of order which was a bit of an inconvenience. But the use of the employee elevator was available and I thought that was a very accomodating solution and very much appreciated.

Nice size, clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast available but we had to leave back to the airport before it opened. Shuttle from airport was helpful (although instructions provided prior were not correct, and it took a long time to get someone to answer the phone to order the shuttle at the airport). Restaurants across the street.

Several of the towels had holes. One of the luggage carts had flat tires. Odd little things that were not getting taken care of.

It was a really nice room with a clean, functional bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant supplied a good breakfast with plenty of choice. We changed to this Hotel because of its Airport Shuttle service, which was an essential for us. Also because we had used a Hyatt Hotel earlier during this trip which we liked, although more expensive than some we though it still good value. They also let us use the Shuttle service to connect to the Blue line of the CTA to get into the city centre.

It would be unfair to make a negative comment as nothing comes to mind. It is in a busy area close to the Airport, but that is also why we chose it.

The staff was absolutely great- friendly and knowledgeable. The location was very convenient for us because we needed to get to the airport the next morning and it was surrounded by a variety of good places to eat. The Hyatt Place was easy to find too! We were pleasantly surprised that there was food and nut just pastries available for breakfast. Oh, the shower products are great! I seriously need to find out if I can buy those. Loved the size of the bathroom and especially the shower. The size of the room was perfect. Having a couch in the room really made it work for us. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!!

I didn't like that there was a large patch of something sticky in the carpet of our room- other than that it was perfectly clean. No one in our family is able to have regular milk so it would have been nice to have an alternative available for breakfast and non- dairy creamer food coffee. It would have been great to have fresh berries available for breakfast and not just bananas , oranges, and canned fruit. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't seem to be working. The toaster didn't toast the bread, it was more charred than toasted. I've never seen that happen before. Lol

I chose this hotel primarily for how close it is to Allstate Arena (easily walkable). Transportation to/ from the airport was included & the staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. There were so many options including fresh fruit, yogurt, a Waffle bar, sausage links, and plenty of caffeine options. I was impressed that almond milk was offered with the cold drinks.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It provided a lot of convenience. It was quiet and offered some great restaurant options just five minutes away. The room size was good as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

The room was not refreshed at all, I didn’t think that was something I had to request. Normally the hotel just does it for me without having to say something. Also, there wasn’t a lot of parking available at this location. We selected free parking options through booking but I was told parking was $20/day once I got there.
