This hotel was amazing. Normally I figure you don't spend much time in a hotel room on vacation, so a nice hotel is a nice hotel. But this room was huge, clean, and quiet, with good air conditioning and a great bed. You hear sometimes that a hotel is family-owned, but don't 'feel' it. Here, the warm family-run atmosphere was clear. The proprietor was helpful every step of the way, from helping us check in late after a train delay to letting us use the lobby as a brief office space after check-out, when we had a few hours before our bus left. All other employees were friendly and helpful as well. I would stay here again in a second.

Great boutique hotel, very well located, with parking, short 10 minutes walk to the old town. Very comfortable, large rooms, superb staff, am a repeat customer.

Breakfast, although free, should offer more healthy options on a pay basis.

WiFi in our room was very bad

The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated with fairly spacious rooms. The guy on reception was extremely helpful and friendly, we arrived a little early but were able to check in anyway. The hotel is approx a 10-minute walk from the centre, but it's in a nice neighbourhood and most of the walk is along the riverside which is very pleasant. Unfortunately we didn't get time to try breakfast as we were in a hurry to catch a train.

There was no air con that we could find, but notices in the bathroom did express an environmental conscience so this may be deliberate, it was quite warm at the time of our stay though.

We booked a premium double room …. the size and comfort and amenities of the room exceeded our expectations. Location (as described by others) was so convenient. Easy walk to main train station in one direction and then an easy stroll to the river or to the Mirabellplatz gardens …and beyond….in the other direction.

I fully understand the reason for not having cooked breakfast options but if we stayed for than 3 nights The toast/croissant &jam/ fresh fruit only options might have gotten’a bit boring’. However there was always plenty and of good quality

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect location close to train station and Mirabell gardens. Large room and bathroom with everything we needed. Staff were really lovely and made us very welcome. Complimentary breakfast was great with hot and cold drinks, fruit, bread and pastries. We were able to leave our luggage for the day after checking out. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect! Also, the staff, room, bedsheets, bed itself, shower pressure - everything just great!

Sure, there could be a bigger variety of food for breakfast, but we knew it beforehand, so no complaints! Annnd regarding the parking slots, staff could check that residents park cars accordingly to the parking lines, because one evening we couldn’t park inside just because someone took two spaces🫠

Nice hotel in a quiet location equidistant from train station and central Old Town; pleasant, helpful staff, very nice, low key, slightly bohemian atmosphere with a very informal lobby and outdoor seating, which I find appealing as opposed to assembly line furnishings at chain hotels.

Breakfast was only cold croissants and coffee; certainly much better than nothing and the coffee was good, with a high quality brewing machine offering capuccino, latte, hot chocoloate, etc.... But, I prefer a more complete breakfast buffet as in most hotels in Germany/Austria.

The location was truly excellent , walking distance to everything ; room 2 was ground floor , spacious , stylishly furnished and clean . Our first night I was super cold , there were no blankets in the wardrobe . however, in the morning I saw there were radiators behind the curtains that were off , once I turned them on the next night was cosy (I did turn them off again the next morning ) . All the staff were wonderful , spoke English to us and were very helpful . The free mini breakfast was very much appreciated.

We both work remotely so a stable internet connection is always welcomed ; unfortunately this was not the case . It was sad the hotel bar was not open we’d have happily had drinks after our nights out . There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was a shame for the room price paid . As the bar was shut we purchased beers from the sited vending machine using 20e notes . Sadly the machine did not give the correct change - on both occasions we were short changed . All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would certainly return .

Great stay!! With a compliment piccolo of Prosecco - it was my birthday! Nice room on the 3rd floor, very quiet and warm! Nice little breakfast- coffee, toast, jam and butter - all very good quality products

The mattress was very firm, I could feel the springs. I’m not a fan of soft mattresses but this one was really tough for me. I guess if I’ve had asked they might have provided a soft topper. Usually the hotels have one
