Alleys is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location for exploring the local village of Pyrgos. The room we were allocated (which was an upgrade,) was spotlessly clean with amazing views across part of the island to the sea. The other facilities throughout the hotel were likewise clean and pleasant, as was the gym which we utilised during our stay. The breakfasts provided at Alleys were of a very high standard with plenty of choice. We also chose to have lunch at the hotel on a number of occasions as the dishes were always well presented, fresh and full of flavour. We couldn’t fault the food, or the cocktails served from the bar. Although both the hotel facilities and food were of an extremely high standard, one of the key things that makes Alleys so special has to be the staff. Everyone we met was polite, attentive and helpful. Filia provided us with a warm greeting on arrival, enthusiastically showing us to our room and explaining the facilities. All other staff members we met were just as friendly, however we would like to pay particular mention to George and Stefanos. Both members of the team worked extremely hard throughout our stay to make each guests experience as perfect as possible. Nothing was ever too much for George who never stops and greets everyone with a smile, and Stefanos’ sense of humour and excellent cocktails always went down well with us. Whilst both deserve commending for their extremely hard work, we feel that the whole front of house and behind-the-scenes team at Alleys deserve recognition for the fantastic experience and service they provide. A huge thank you from us both.

Absolutely everything!! We have stayd at many international 5 star hotell, but this was different! Beeing a relatively small hotell, we got to know staff by their first names. And the frendliness and service they showed us, was simply outstanding!! Everyone, from the nice lady that made up our room, the very friendly front desk staff, and not to mention Stefanos and Gyros who served breakfast, lunch and waited the bar!! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and lunch, and the restaurants they proposed for dinner were also unbelivably good, and with stunning views. They always got us one of the most attractive tables. This was only my first holliday in Greece. But the whole Island seems to consist of service minded, friendly and smiling people. We are definitely going back. My son and daughter in law are also going next year. I have only one thing to add: BRAVO Alleys!!😎

Absolutely Notthing!!

First and foremost, EVERYTHING about this resort from the appearance, staff, food the room was of THE BEST I have experienced in a very long time. This was a chance for me and my partner to get away from busy work schedules and life in general, to reconnect and re-establish ourselves. Alleys All Suite Hotel and Spa is an exceptional hotel/resort I give it 100/100

Absolutely nothing! I have no complaints

Absolutely everything was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful in every way The room was huge, hot tub was actually hot, pool was luxurious, breakfast was a la carte (not continental) and finally.... THE SPA! The spa was included with our room, but if we had had to pay extra, we would have. There is a waterfall Jacuzzi, steam room and a dry sauna in cedar. You book 30min slots at reception and it is totally private. It was one of the best experiences we had in Santorini. LOCATION: Great access to the island bus system, either at Santo Wines or in Pygros. The town of Pygros is beautiful, but best of all it is not crowded like Oia or Fira. We ate at Cava Alta, Jacob's (better view than Oia in our opinion) and Brusco. All were a 5 min walk and all were fabulous food. Finally, the mini market in the main square sells local cheese, there is a bakery too! We want to thank everyone at the hotel for their kindness and the amazing quality of our stay. We were stuck on Santorini for two extra days due to weather-related cancellations of our ferries. We were feeling a little down, but our stay at Alleys turned our trip around. We hope to come back next year with friends. It was so amazing, we want other people to experience Alleys like we did :)

Wonderful friendly and helpful checkin when we arrived, we were shown to our suite which was in a quiet corner. The rooms were all very clean and tastefully decorated, on to the terrace with its large hottub to enjoy the quiet location & wonderful panoramic views of Santorini. The extensive a la cart breakfast by the pool was superb, huge choice on the menu, all cooked to order, fresh. delicious, local products. HUGE thanks to George and Stefanos for taking care of our every need during our stay. The village has several amazing tavernas, and you can enjoy stunning views of the island from the top of the village. Excellent bus service to local beaches and Fira. 100% recommend a stay at Alleys and we will be back ASAP.

The property was very clean, modern, warm and luxurious Came here for my honeymoon and it was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in The staff are exceptional. A special shout out to George, Nicoletta and Felia. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was our honeymoon so the staff made it extra special for us. The food was amazing. A lot of options and it was very fresh. The pancakes and the salads are my top recommendations. Also the eggs .You basically order from a set menu but you get to choose some choices . We were full every day The facilities like the gym, spa and bar was very clean Room service was fast and our rooms were always cleaned well The staff made sure we had transfer to airport and always checked on us The location was great . Not to over populated so we felt like a had privacy There was plenty of rent a car options nearby and restaurants . Would recommend Kantouni restaurant Oia is about a 25 minutes drive away I am definitely coming back to this spa and resort

Everything was perfect

The staff at the hotel is so friendly and professional and the service is top quality. Rooms are in very nice condition and own pool/heated bubble bath are 10/10 with the seaside view stayed in the Sokaki and honeymoon suite. The breakfast served is also incredible. If I came back to Santorini I would definitely stay here again. The lunch offer from their restaurant is very tasty actually i would say the food is better there than many of the other places nearby and the price is fair. The only minus is that they don’t serve dinner. I think the restaurant stopped serve at 16:30.

An absolute gem of a hotel, a perfect trip, would highly recommend! Just had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel for my my birthday. Firstly the location is perfect, a ten minute drive from the airport with off street parking. you are then a 30 minute drive from pretty much anywhere on the island. When we arrived Nikoleta and Filia on reception are incredibly sweet and greeted us with a smile and a welcome drink. George and Stefanos in the bar / dining area are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them, they went over-and-above for us on numerous occasions...helping us to book tables for dinner, remembering our favourite drinks, making recommendations and even organising a cake for my special day! Their attention to detail is spot-on and you really get the personal touch too (the staff all remember your name instantly for example). We booked one of the roof top rooms, which came with our own private heated pool and a beautiful view of the local area and the sea. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and offers plenty of amenities for its guests. The food is amazing and bar is well-stocked. The main pool is refreshing cool as the hotel is basked in sunshine all day, with cool vibes to relax in, in the 30 degree+ heat! In all honesty we can't speak highly enough of Alleys and couldn't find fault in our stay. Although we rarely go back to the same place twice, we will 100% return to this wonderful resort.

I loved staying here!! It was my first time on a solotrip and before I booked, I wanted to make sure I would be somewhere beautiful with kind staff After reading a lot of great reviews, I chose to stay at this hotel and now I've been here myself, I can definitely say it was perfect for me and all worth it! They have the best people working here, that make your stay feel very personal and warm. The best food I ate this vacation was actually at the hotel (which is not common for me, because normally I prefer going out for dinner) They've been helping me with every (stupid) question that I had and with everything just so fast. They were all just so kind, I just can't put it into words! Special thanks to Nikoleta, Felia, Stefanos and George!! (Probably writing it all down the wrong way) and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping my room this clean ☺️ Thank you all so much again and you'll definitely see me back! 🥰

Our stay at Alleys was amazing from start to finish. From the communication at the beginning (answering questions and arranging transfers), to the recommendations for places to eat and visit, and the beautiful accommodation itself. The highlight of our stay was defiantly the staff. Especially Stefanos and George who went above and beyond every single day. The location is perfect. It’s out of the way from the madness of Oia and Fira yet within easy reach of the whole island. It’s also located central to Pirgos making it easy to access local restaurants.
