The breakfast was varied and super delicious and the staff beyond helpful. The location, for me at least, as an active person wanting to explore, was perfect as I wanted to be able to move around the island and there was a bus stop not far away that took you to Fira, Persia etc. I adore views and from our bedroom we could see the sea from both sides of the island - the infinity pool drew me each morning before breakfast Finally ALL staff were amazing. So helpful, so friendly and so kind, particularly as they were all so tired as it was the end of the season. THANK YOU

It’s location was perfect for me, and the facilities were a lot better than I anticipated (considering that it’s stashed away from overwhelming public) From the front desk reps (Biona) to the restaurant, to cleaning staff , people were very cordial and informative. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and Treated me like family. My room smelled like freshly disinfected daily (loved it). The breakfast bar had the largest selection of dried fruit including multiple styles of their delicious Greek Yogurt. Healthy food left and right

Great staff on the desk, in the kitchen and servicing the rooms. Pool was top drawer. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast had a real healthy vibe.

Pool shut at 6pm. If I had a family of kids with me I would have booked elsewhere because swimming in the early evening 6-8 pm is the best time. It avoids the heat of the day.

The staffs, very friendly! The view. Park our car right in front of the hotel. Not too crowded as like in Oia n Fira.

Needs a bit of maintenance! Shower holder was installed way too high to reach. After every shower the bathroom floor was wet. The shampoo & shower gel holders were broken n left it at the sink upon check in. After 2 days, nothing was done, I just threw it in the bin.

Pyrgos was a lovely place to stay in Santorini. Lovely staff in reception. Extremely friendly. The staff at breakfast were less accommodating. The coffee machine was switched off on the button of when breakfast finished so if you were late sitting down you missed the coffee.

We loved the people. They were all very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Julia was specially attentive and took very good care of us. The best capuchino!!! From the manager to the bags handker made us feel like home.

We think there are some rooms that need a make over. We didn't like how small the showers were in some of the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at Smy, the pool and the view was amazing, you can tan the whole day ;-) The pool area was huge and not crowded at all, just perfect! The service at the pool was lovely and very friendly staff from the reception, F & B Team, housekeepers to the hotel manager. Very exceptional! Thank you for having such a great atmosphere there, one can just enjoy and relax. The team at the reception was amazing, thanks to Biona and Panos for organising everything very smoothly. The hotel is very close to Pyrgos at a vantage point; the Caldera, Fira, and southern tip of Santorini are visible from the pool and rooms, and the northern tip (Oia) is visible from some areas and the front entrance. It is truly a great location. Fira and the airport are only 10 minutes away and the staff are FANTASTIC! They truly deserve a shoutout for the great service. The room is well equipped and decorated. We had a private pool, which was a great addition for a reasonable price. The breakfast was simple yet extraordinary. This is one of the best, if not the best, experience I have ever had on a trip. Furthermore, there’s a car, scooter, and ATV rental spot and great restaurants within short walking distances.

There is nothing I didn’t like about it.

From the moment we arrived at SMY we were taken care of. I was amazed and so happy with the service we received. We had our wedding in Santorini and half of our guests stayed at SMY. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, the main pool and restaurant is great. The included breakfast has lots of options. The view is spectacular. We stayed in the room with private pool, it was clean and gorgeous. Thank you so much SMY for showing us an amazing time, it definitely helped alleviate wedding stresses! :)

First of all the STAFF. Smiling, friendy, and trying to help. Special congrats for Sylvie at the reception. Then the location perfect to visit the island. The swiming pool is fantastic Breakfast is very good in terms of choises

No foreign chanels on TV . Not acceptable for a hotel of this level.
