Location, cleanliness and comfort

Because we didn’t keep a deposit, they immediately came and emptied the minibar which seemed awkward and felt as if we would eat or drink from it without paying. We’ve stayed in many top notch hotels and none of them did that. This action made us feel as if they don’t trust their guests. Going to think again before booking here again even though we’ve stayed here many times in the past but never faced this kind of attitude.

Beautiful room, well equip. I don't use minibar so cant say but it looked has pretty much everything. The breakfast spread was very good. staffs across the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would like to mention few names like Sweta in the front desk, Shahid in the concierge, Chef Tire Pun, Ridha and Shahil in the breakfast room were so nice and attentive. Excellent room service and food. I would recommend for sole, couple and family equally.

I had a small incident which i raised my concern about but the front desk did not come back to me and updated me how it was addressed because the issue was serious and pertains to one individual only.

Please fix your internet connection in the rooms, i was in room 145... the connection was horrible. I will not rebook there before getting a confirmation tat it is fixed thanks

It was my third time at this hotel. Passing through Dubai I would always come back here. The location is very convenient and quiet. Nice room, comfortable, firm mattresses, excellent, friendly service everywhere. WiFi is always working. The Room service team, especially Ganga was outstanding. He is very courteous, friendly and always payed attention to detail.

The two female staff at the entrance of the gym/sauna could not bring themself to greet a customer with a welcoming smile. Their heads were buried in their smartphones, looking up briefly to let me in was a real struggle and the look I received made very clear that I was just a nuisance. Some lessons in customer care would be very appropriate.

The hotel staff were all, without exception, superlative and keen to assist however they could with a big smile. Rooms were smart, clean and tidy.

The noise from the work going on at the Creek - directly outside the hotel 24/7 - was not clearly advised in advance and was certainly not recognised in the cost which I found very high compared to previous visits to Dubai. When I have stayed at hotels in the past that have had building work going on the hotel typically would advise in advance and reflect this in lower pricing.

A hotel becomes a home away from home when the staff are so welcoming. From the moment Adil at reception welcomed us we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. The club room was not only modern and well appointed but the view laying on the bed was unrivalled. To be able to see the whole of downtown Dubai was amazing. Brian and his team at Hatta made sure our daily breakfast gave us the best start to the day. Then it was over to the guys looking after the pool area and the club lounge team who made sure we were fed and watered (maybe something a little stronger) with exquisite culinary offerings for both afternoon tea and especially evening canapés. The team that looked after our room ensured it was spotlessly clean with all amenities replenished every day. So many of the guests were returning for the umpteenth time to their 'go to' hotel in Dubai and we will now be doing the same.

Breakfast is amazing with happy, friendly staff special thanks to Ednah and Pushparaj and his breakfast team. Also, special, thanks to Brian and Able for making our stay amazing. This hotel ticks every box of excellence. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent .This hotel is good value for money. This was our fourth stay in the Sheraton Hotel Dubai Creek.

The hotel is located at the Dubai Creek. We had a room with view on the creek and it was wonderful. We could see the boats going up and down and in the evening you could see the cruises. As well we had a great view on downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa. The location is in Deira not to far from the airport.

The rooms are given out on an atrium and there was a lot of noise of loud guests arriving at night and shouting to each other. It was as well very difficult to get a taxi and it was too hot to walk to the metro. In case you want to take a taxi you better order an Uber on your phone. That worked fine.

We had a small setback first night. I usually trust genius 3 booking.com standard room. But our room was faced to the avenue in 3rd floor and traffic at night was too noisy and Window insulation not best. We were forced to ask for an upgrade room. In the end the upgrade was not too expensive, for a creek view more silent room and situation was solved for the rest of our stay. I would recommend only creek view rooms
