Very cute hotel, location was ideal to walk to The Alamo, River Walk and other DownTown attractions. Modern and a bit minimalist, which was nice. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the breakfast that was included, but the pool was amazing since it's so HOT in San Antonio and it came in handy after venturing out during the day. Staff was nice and attentive to our requests. A/C works amazing in the room.

Ice machine didn't work on our floor, not the biggest inconvenience but when on the 3rd floor we had to venture to the main floor anytime we wanted ice.

The breakfast was well stocked with many choices hot or cold. The seating area was nice and clean. I loved the room ergonomics. It was well planned. Bed comfortable and towels sufficient for two. There is also numerous places to park near hotel if you do not wish to do valet. Good location to attractions. My wife and I were able to walk to all attractions.

The pool could have been a little better maintained and replace a couple of lounge chairs

The staff was amazing! The housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful! Front desk was fabulous and Crystal in the breakfast area was fabulous!!

It’s really noisy by the freeway So better sound proofing walks and bottled water in rooms would help

The paid parking or valet at 30 that isn’t specified on the Booking app However the MOD Charles that I had the pleasure of meeting worked with a nearby motel and got me a room Thanks for going a step beyond and giving excellent customer service

Straightforward no frills, clean, functional spartan room. Staff, from desk to breakfast, to valet were all friendly and appeared to like and enjoy their jobs. It had a great positive vibe. I would come back.

There was really nothing to dislike. If you p;refer large commodious rooms in a hotel with 24-hour room service, a restaurant and bar, this property is not for you. If you like clean, comfortable, convenient location and good value, then you will enjoy your stay.

Staff was very friendly since the moment we arrived. I was a bit on the fence about location and having to use valet parking but once we arrived and checked in, valet staff and front desk were very helpful at helping us with concerns we had. Location turned out to be extremely convenient as well. Definetly recommend this place! Also, the room was very clean anad cozy. Will return if needed.

Nothing. Everything was great

The hotel was bright and fresh, plenty of unique sit-and-chill places in the lobby, along with two foosball tables. Workout room had full set of dumbells, good equipment. Location was excellent if you're visiting Alamo / Riverwalk. Everything was within walking distance.

The King standard room was small, small. We changed to a double queen on our second night, much more space.

The property was clean, safe, and the breakfast was great! The amenities and games were a fun feature as well.

Little parking options and not much seating for breakfast. I also received numerous flyers that were slid under my door during my stay. I did not care for them.

From the moment we walked in we were greated by super friendly staff. Anita checked us in and was super friendly. They had a very nice open lobby that had foosball table and family board games and coloring area. perfect for familys to order pizza and speend time together. There was a maintenance man cleaning at all in the lobby to make sure it was a clean safe place. The rooms are simple but very clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean they had good shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you forget to pack it. The beds were comfortable. They have a snack shop at the front desk 24 hrs a day perfect for a quick drink or snack and super convenient. I honestly didn't have any issues with my visit once so ever. When I say the staff super friendly i mean every staff member I encountered greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello.

I wouldn't say it was something I didn't like but maybe your suggestion. I would like a small coffee pot in room as well as a small microwave although they serve coffee 24 hours a day downstairs.

The area is very easy to access and the cost is great.

The parking. The valet is a little expensive. The location should definitely not have a valet cost of that price. Maybe 25$ a day would be more reasonable. It would definitely be appreciated by guests and a great sale point for future guests.
