Fantastic location for an event at the Convention Centre, great restaurants nearby, as well as a reasonable walk to the train station, IGA, and other facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and able to hold our bags during the reception opening hours, which was much appreciated. Very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again.
The beds were very firm - if possible, a mattress topper would be a great idea. Great to have the laundry facilities and microwave - if possible, would be great to include either have available the model number easily displayed on the item so guests can look up the manual, or have the instruction manual available.

They say when evaluating property you only need to think of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Well the location of the Vine apartments is excellent if you have one facing Musgrave Park. Ours was on the 6th floor, online with the Musgrave tree tops so we had a country rather than city building vista. A short, mainly undercover walk to Southbank and 300M to the local IGA supermarket. Good view of the Wheel and Queens Wharf lights at night. 9 out of 10, assuming a river/CBD view scores a 10. But what about the apartment? Well appointed and spacious with a sizeable balcony overlooking the park. Interior and exterior dining options, spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances and in cupboard laundry with washing machine and dryer. The lounge area needs a few more aesthetically pleasing wall hangings but the sofa was comfortable with Netflix available on the TV. Large bed (few complaints about spring awareness), nice thick towels in the reasonably spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water. Can’t really think of any negatives other than those pesky bed springs. Reasonably priced. Would we return? YES, so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Nothing, although my better half claimed she could feel the springs in the bed mattress.

I was in room 301 - second floor on western corner. Nice view of the park and quieter than I expected given the location.Easy after hours lockbox check-in. The usual toiletries but also a couple of sachets of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and washing machine powder. Close to QPAC and Southbank. Proper supermarket is at West Village - about 10 minutes walk. I found the slightly closer IGA to be very expensive.
The dishwasher is a bit awkward to stack and doesn't clean all that well - so you will need to rinse! I weigh 50 kg and found the bed quite firm but still quite comfortable.

The apartment was spotless and it had everything I needed for a work business trip. The layout of the apartment is excellent and I really loved that I could go outside onto the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed. The location is brilliant if you are attending the Convention Centre. It's walking distance to the local restaurants is also great and the supermarket is down the street and around the corner. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
There is nothing negative to say about this accommodation at all.

The location was quite close to all the amenities we needed with our young family. It's a renovated apartment so there were areas of new and old to it but we were still comfortable and were glad the airconditioning worked during this humid time. It was great to make use of the kitchen and dining area and also the washing machine. Spacious living area and balcony as well as the bedrooms. Great for a small young family aside from the construction noise - so once that is finished it will be great!
It was not indicated while booking that we would be right next door to a construction site and the windows are all single glazed si you hear the loud traffic below- we asked to be relocated before heading up to our room but I don't think we were actually relocated... Was quite loud in the room for our children in the morning. A light in the ensuite kept flickering however the management did try to fix it a few times for us.

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment, brilliantly located, with a lovely view over Musgrave Park. Absolutely wonderful staff, easy check in and check out, great communication and super helpful when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay. For self-catering the apartment had most of what we needed. We particularly appreciated the dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We’ll definitely be back.
Of the two apartments we stayed in, one didn’t have a colander - that’s literally our only “complaint”!

Lovely spacious apartment. Great amenities and really close to the Convention and Exhibition Centre. The bed was comfortable. I loved the indoor/outdoor balcony which really opened up the space. Bathroom was good and it was helpful having the dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Would definitely stay here again!
The couch needs replacing. It is a bit grotty and had a musty smell, and one of the cushion covers had a broken zip so couldn't close it at all. This was the only down point of the apartment though.

These apartments are in an excellent position, just a few minute walk to South Bank. The apartment was spacious for 2 people with a nice view over the park. There are 2 good coffee shops just below the apartments and a few doors down.
A knob on the cooker was loose and we only realised later that gas was escaping. We informed the management who were concerned and helpful and hopefully it got fixed after our departure.

This location is great for both business at the convention center or leisure in the Parklands. Love the long opening wall of sliding doors as a benefit of the units "without a view" that face a street instead of the park. I liked being able to open the entire side of the appartment in the morning and evening to the nice air and the "city vibe". Very pleasant experience all around.
Tall people would appreciate a higher couch, but everything else (bed, etc) was fine.

The apartment was very neutral but clean and well located - easy walking to South Bank. There is a great entertaining area on the rooftop but no alcohol is allowed. Possibly because the railings are quite low!
I appreciated that the car parking was free but I found it a very stressful car park to navigate - one way, very narrow, and the only way into our park was by reversing, and a power box stuck out which added to the degree of difficulty! Don't try to park a big car!
