The location, the rooms were spacious with a fantastic views over the river The staff were fantastic even with renovations happening check in was easy.

We were surprised to find the beds in both rooms have seen better days, it felt like you were rolling into the middle ..

There is nothing you could not like about evolution apts. Good value and central location and easy access to buses and trains and airport

The car parking night rate is $40 and anything was not mentioned on the booking

The most amazing views of the river! The location was perfect. Short walk to most things, railway, Southbank, Queen St. Plenty of Cafes and a great bar/ kitchen nearby. Comfortable beds.

The worst tea and coffee sachets ever! We went and bought our own coffee and milk etc but when you arrive after a long journey it would be nice to have a decent cuppa and a biscuit. The couch was dirty and really uncomfortable as were the lounge chairs A metal table and metal chairs supplied as a dining table was not great There's signs about water conservation but you waste litres and litres waiting for hot water to arrive.

What a fabulous position and view Evolution Apartments offers. I had an amazing stay, the staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly, a must for me travelling. Extremely central for Brisbane, access to the walking bridge to South Bank outside your door at the Evolution Apartments. Pool and spa were grand, heated, I was in them daily. The apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Overall a fantastic holiday indeed. Thank you Evolution Apartments Brisbane.

Much cheaper than any of the hotels or apartments but so much better. Big living space, good kitchen, nice bathroom, great balcony and very comfortable bed. Wifi was excellent, staff friendly and terrific location (with the city a short walk away and right on the walking bridge to get across to Southbank. Facilities were excellent with a well presented gym, heated lap pool and lovely spa.

The bathroom is a bit dated and had a shower/bath, which personally I don't like. The lifts could take a while on upper floors but honestly, the places are excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Our room was on the 19th floor with amazing views down Brisbane River and the city. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy enough to park and check in as long as you know where the visitors parking is.

TV reception was terrible. It was a very cold night and there was only one extra blanket available. One room was missing one though the blanket bag was there it was empty. No dedicated parking space and when I went to pick up my mother from airport and asked about what would happen if there was no parking when I got back they said they could not help. It was fine in the end but a bit stressful.

We loved the room space and facilities, the gym and skyroom were amazing, and our bed was so comfortable. we just slept in every day, and the view was absolutely beautiful, and the reception staff and cleaners made us feel very welcome. Thank you all for a memorable stay cation 😊💙🙏

It was hard for our Uber drivers to pull up close to the entrance, so they had to drop us off and pick us up further up the street or the next street over walk back with our shopping 🛍

Wonderful location, very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The self contained unit was very convenient with all the necessities, plus a small milk and some tea & instant coffee which we appreciated. Housekeeping provided fresh towels. We enjoyed the balcony & would stay again.

The bath and carpet are a little tired, and the apartment was a tad noisier than expected. Our room backed to the elevators, but that wasn’t an issue once we figured out what the noise was. But there is construction happening across the road, which meant jackhammers around 7am on weekdays, which was somewhat annoying but not something that Evolution could control.

The room was very nice with a great view of the river and city lights. It was clean and well set up.

We thought the facilities were not as good as previously -eg there was no drying clothes horse we could dry small items on , we had to use the dryer. Housekeeping was a bit difficult to organise as it was not done as a matter of course and had to be arranged for the day - also the same if you needed extra items such as soap and toilet paper. That would be fine if price was reasonable however we paid top rates for a second rate service.
