The complex was lovely. I upgraded to a sea view suite and had a good sized balcony overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff, food was excellent some times repetitive but you certainly would not go hungry. Staff are constantly cleaning the food service area and stocking up. Good nightly entertainment. Lovely to walk out of hotel gate directly onto promenade. Excellent location, close to beaches, bus station, shops and bars.

I tried to use the roof top hot tub area but same faces each day holding the sun loungers and hot tubs in this area, usually a group of 3 or more, always one person to occupy the hot tub while others bring them food and drinks therefore I wasn't able to use them. I think this area should be staffed to allow guests a fair chance.

Stayed here early jan for 4 nights. Was all inclusive and upgraded to a sea view room which was absolutely worth it. Was lovely leaving the door open and hearing the waves 👌🏽 The whole place was very clean, constantly seeing cleaners all over keeping the place spotless, including the rooms. Drinks were fine, and never queued more than a minute or 2 at busy times. Food was good, fresh and tasty. Plenty of choice for myself, and also plenty of salad options (contrary to some reviews on here) more than acceptable for an inexpensive Spanish buffet. Pool areas and gym were good - roof top terrace with hot tubs and great views really topped it off. Staff were all really friendly and helpful (except below) Nightlife was sometimes questionable, but again absolutely fine for what I expected. Was loud at times but never really noticed as was always out and about. Location was great, bang in the centre of town, close to plenty of shops and bars/restaurants, along with being bang on the main promenade which is 15 mins walk from the marina.

Genuinely have next to nothing to grumble about. Perhaps the only thing was reception staff upon check out - didn’t even say thank you or asked how my stay was 🤷🏻‍♂️

I went all-inclusive, which is something I don't normally do, but, since it was only a 3 night stay I thought why not, I'm glad I did, I thought there was a good range of food on offer, snacks are included up to 3pm, evening meal included (buffet style), in general it suited my requirements, the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, beautiful location right by the ocean, very close to the bars and restaurants around, all round great experience !!!

there were plenty of sunbeds, however, even though the house rules state you can't put towels on sunbeds, it wasn't enforced, at ant given time, most of the sunbeds were not not available, but 'reserved', only a small matter

My room was on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony. Good size room. Many toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap) were provided. The property is in a good location. Staff are friendly.

Noticed few other comments about sunbeds being "reserved" since early morning with no people chilling on them. Didn't have a chance to grab a good spot by the pool. This property could have a better entertaining program. No music playing throughout the day so felt a bit boring there. Stayed at the property for 6 nights, the room was cleaned multiple times but bedsheets never changed. The bad didn't have drinks menu, many drinks were "exclusive" and not included as part of all inclusive ended up buying alcohol in a local shop. The food was alright but breakfast was the same every day. Scrumbled eggs and porridge were too milky... Djacuzzi upstairs had no bar, quite a walk to go all the way to the ground floor to grab a drink.

Rooms were upto date and clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable enough and got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good Pools were good. Staff were friendly. Location was good enough and close to shops and the beach. Was ideal for my 3 nights away.

Fridge in the room was either not working or just doesn't keep stuff cold/fresh. Asked about it at reception, was told a maintenance would come and have a look but I have no idea if they ever got round to checking as it was the same for my 4 days. Also booked a sea view room and i was in the only room with a big palm tree blocking the views, was a bit disappointing. Other than that I would recommend the hotel.

The junior suite with sea view was big and comfortable. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The towel on sun beds first thing in the morning was annoying.

Loved the vibe, there was such a relaxed atmosphere and there was good camaraderie amongst guests. Said who was in charge of entertainment was fantastic and really made it a great stay. We went all inclusive which was easily worth it, I wouldn't want to stay there without it. The spirit to mixer portions were very generous!! Was very sad to leave

This wasn't really a negative for me but the food is nothing special at all, if you're looking for luxury and fine dining this is not the place for you, however if you're looking to have fun and relax in the sun and aren't so bothered by fine dining then you'll have a great time

On the last day our flight was not until 7pm in the evening but after check out at 12 noon, we were allowed to stay in the hotel and use all the facilities - fully inclusive - until we left at around 5pm. This was a lovely surprise and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel just for this alone. Beautifully kept, very clean and with 2 lovely pools (one of which is heated). Very helpful and friendly staff. This was our 4th visit so as you can tell, we like this hotel and its situation.

Basic rooms can feel rather stuffy and small but are still very good value for money. We had tried to book a sea view or larger room but unfortunately for us, the hotel was fully booked. The food can be a bit "samey" but is perfectly adequate.

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay at this hotel, we are both in our 20's and came to relax for a week and it was lovely. The rooftop jacuzzis were our favourite with an amazing view of the sea and the pools were great for the hot weather. I have seen a lot of reviews about sun-loungers but during our stay there were plenty out at the front and around both pools. A lot of comments mentioned the buffet food and regarding breakfast it was the same every day but it consisted of a lot of day to day things from a full english to sweet churros and fruit. Lunch and dinner always had pizza and chips or garlic bread if you are a fussy eater but also had fish and meat. There was a selection of salads which the kitchen staff kindly made as well as a vegetable section to make your own. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Asis/ Aziz (I am so sorry about the spelling) but we think he was in charge of the waiting staff. He was absolutely lovely and always went above and beyond for us always smiling and asking how we were. Thank you! I definitely would recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was great, the room size was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very good as well and the air conditioning worked a treat for us! We have no complaints of it being loud. We didn't use the hotel's entertainment facilities much but as far as we saw there were always people outside enjoying it. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area so if you can always enjoy that instead! The beach is a 7-10 minute walk and the water is beautiful. Sun loungers are 10 euros there and there is a lovely little bar in the middle. Transport is also easy- I recommend the 'Moovit' app for the buses makes it very convenient and taxis to and from the airport are 12-15 euros so don't get ripped off. Also thank you to the lovely hotel reception staff for booking our taxi and being approachable!

Maybe there could have been a wider variety of cocktails for all inclusive

Staff, being a small hotel you got to see same people & naked friends. Plenty of seating, house wine very goo!!

The rooms were so spacious BUT 8 coathangers, no dressing table with mirror..lights & plug, but no mirror to sit & dry hair. Ishairdryer & mirror in bathroom but so high up you need to stand on tippy toes...designed by a 6ft+ man. Struggled to reach the two hooks for ganging (1 in shower, one behind vathroom) wr take our own tea/coffee but therd isn't a teaspoon in hotel to measure beverages or medication. Fridge not cold enough to keep milk fresh...they leave 2 sachets milk a day! The room is so huge, but more storage would be good to put stuff....it will not stop us coming g again but will come prepared next time with teaspoons, take top mirror for 'dressing' table. Dont let it put you off one bit...its only being very picky & if only I'd known it would have been fine.
