I loved the location, literally in front of the sea that i could see from my balcony. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I chose breakfast included but loads of people choose the all inclusive formula as I've seen, regardless everything is cheap and you can enjoy the 2 pools anytime you want as there's room all around the place to lay down in the sun. Activities for kids and adults are also included for everyone. 15min drive from the airport as well, the area around is nice but you can say its mostly for English speaking tourists, as some places don't even speak Spanish at all.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like was the fruit at breakfast, a bit tasteless.

Great facilities, staff really friendly and welcoming. Food and drink really excellent, couldn’t fault it.

If I had one minor issue (it really is very minor) is I would if I were hotel introduce coin or token for drinks. When checking in customer pays 5 euros for token and when buys drink they hand it in to bar staff, every time they want a drink they bring glass back until when finished bar staff return coin. This will encourage customers to not leave drinks on tables etc and reduce mess. Also, consider restricting maximum number of drinks served at a time to two. This really to help prevent staff having to clear up drink glasses and also speed up serving time. Note on coin/token ideas if customer loses it they have to pay additional 10 euro replacement, something like that.

That hotel was a great surprise. We were thinking about staying in Corralejo but then we found that hotel close to rheumatoid arthritis airport in Caleta de Fuste. Big hotel full of activities, pools, restaurant… they have a pub and a grocery store inside. Also you can rent bikes and car without leaving the hotel. Staff super friendly, breakfast has soooo many options. They have lunch and dinner as well. You can easily stay in the hotel without going anywhere because they have everything. But if you need to go out it’s very close to shops, restaurants and groceries. The room we stayed was large and comfortable with a small kitchen, sofa, tv and a small balcony.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel.

Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Great choice and hot.

Bathroom tiles chipped and grouting grubby. Pool almost a no go area after lunch as too many floats and diving into and messing going on and nobody cared. Inaccessible for swimming.

The greeting from the Welsh lady on Reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our apartment which we thought was larger than some we have stayed in. The bedroom was light and airy and the kitchen allowed us to cook light meals. A tea towel was provided but nothing to wash the dishes with, however, the hotel supermarket was selling them cheaply. Our balcony was facing the street and was larger than we were expecting too! We loved the quieter swimming pool and although we were self catering we went to the restaurant for the Canarian night. It was 16 euros each which was value for money. The hotel is right on the sea front and a great place to go for walks. Oh, and we must not forget to mention the lovely lady who cleaned our room each day. She was upbeat and friendly.

We were happy with our lot on this week long holiday in a hotel which provided all our needs. We went in April but I woud not stay here in the hotter months as there was no air con in the rooms.

Good selection for breakfast, absolutely loved the fruit and berry juices. Beautiful gardens. Internet in my room very good (was a bit concerned after reading other reviews) although 1-2 times it did fail for shorter period, not in office hours. Fantastic café opposite the hotel, Café del Town, fine coffee and great crowd. The cleaners deserve special praise, nice women and did their job well.

Since I was working remotely I would have liked the internet to be available more widely outside my room. Also poor phone connection in my room. Location close to most activities even though at the edge of town but a bit windy place. It's the 3rd place I visit in Fuerteventura and I missed more street art as are in many other towns.

We liked it as it is a home from home, clean and comfortable, and get good perk as we are in the loyalty scheme, staff are friendly and helpful, any problems are sorted in good time, not that we had any this time, Room cleaned daily and even came back if we weren’t ready, even when we said we were fine they still came and cleaned later

Nothing everything was great

when I was a child I used to stay here for family holidays. it was one of the best and most nostalgic holidays I could have hoped for. I don’t even know where to begin ! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. when we checked in, our fabulous receptionist Nara greeted us. She is one of the strongest members of staff in the hotel and went and above and beyond for us. We got a comp upgrade as well as a bottle of bubbly in the room which we enjoyed on our enormous balcony overlooking the ocean. our room was spotless, you could fit 10 people in the bed it was so big. we had a lovely modern walk in and waterfall shower. we booked the half bord package and it did not disappoint. The all you could eat breakfast had us set for the day, anything from salads to full fry’s and a live theatre where the chefs prepare fresh omelettes and pancakes. the fresh smoothie bar was also a hit. dinner was beyond amazing. there was such an array of continental foods to choose from. I had shark for the first time ever and it was cooked to perfection. shoutout to Javier for looking after us each time we dined ! he is a true gentleman and absolutely fantastic at his job. (well done to you !!!) overall, the staff were fantastic, the cliental in the hotel were so lovely and we met some lovely people from around the world. the pool areas were spotless and cleaned daily. the maintenance men are so enthusiastic about their work and always stopped to say hello! I genuinely cannot fault our stay one bit! I don’t know how you are not a 4 star hotel. we will definitely be making a second visit!

nothing at all! perhaps a bit of light music around the pool or a water aerobics class .

The Apartment was spacious and beds very comfortable the location was good. Very friendly staff entertainment in the bar very good enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal. Very large complex with supermarket and gift shops. Also pub on site as well.

Towels on sun beds early so difficult to find one in the morning. No cash taken in restaurtant or bar but could put credit on your room at reception so you could use your holiday cash. Only local drinks in bar as we were half board could do with some premium brands.

5th Stay we always get a sea view room well worth the few extra Euros . Staff are always friendly and cleaning is to a good standard every day
