We notified front desk staff of a dangerous condition in our room (floor tile sticking up) two days in a row, and they said they'd report it. But at the end of both days they told us that the maintenance person was not scheduled to be in and therefore nothing would be done. They could have at least told us this fact when we reported the problem. And when we asked which coffee packages in the room are regular or decaffinated, we got opposite responses from different staff members.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant, though with some notable pros and cons. What impressed us: • The location is excellent—peaceful, quiet, and perfect if you want to escape the crowds. Murano is beautiful and a great alternative to central Venice for a different experience. • The hotel is modern and stylish, with comfortable rooms. We loved our second-floor room with a courtyard view. • The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the coffee machine, kettle, and adjustable heating were great. • The staff was fantastic—especially the young man at reception who warmly welcomed us and Sara, who organized a wonderful custom tour for us. Elizabeth also went out of her way to resolve issues with our room. • Breakfast, though simple, was fresh and tasty, and it was convenient to order extras online, like slippers or bathrobes.

Housekeeping was a major disappointment. Our room wasn’t clean upon arrival (dust on the floor, mold in the shower, dirty dishes, and an empty tissue box). Even after cleaning, the floor remained dirty, and pillows were left on the floor multiple times. • The spa was underwhelming. The massages we booked were unprofessional and far from relaxing. • The gym lacked essentials like towels and disinfectant, and it was too hot when I arrived. This hotel has many qualities that remind you of a five-star property, but the cleaning standards fall short of even four stars. If housekeeping improves, it would be an amazing place to stay.

The hotel is located in a former factory and has been beautifully renovated. It's also in a prime location on the island of Murano. If, like us, you think it’s worth escaping the tourist crowds and staying on the island, this hotel is an excellent value for money. The hotel is new and everything smells fresh. The highlight of the hotel is the spa, although it’s an additional cost. We recommend getting a massage with Elisabetta, who is excellent, very kind, and highly skilled. The sauna is also great. Joyce and Mateo at the reception were also very friendly.

On the first night, we were placed in a smaller room than what we had paid for, and only on the following night were we moved to the correct room (Premium Double Room with Terrace - 25 sqm), which was indeed more spacious. One of us needed a gluten-free breakfast. They do serve schär gluten-free products, but they are kind of dull. Please put an exclusive toaster for gluten-free bread, otherwise they taste bad. Guests on a gluten-free diet will certainly appreciate that. The breakfast could also be improved by including omelets and freshly prepared items on demand, especially to increase gluten-free options.

May be the super very best bombastic hotel in Venice if you like cosy and calm evenings. The side of Murano which is not spoiled by crowds. Green spots near by. Easy access by Alilaguna from Marco Polo. Interesting building (saved glass factory). Cordial stuff. Matteo, you are the best! Wishing you great future in your job! Irena and Claudia, thank you! All great. But do not forget to take smth against mosquitoes with you (they enjoy Venice too!)

Our stay was excellent again and I think this was the sixth stay in the last two years in this hotel. The location of the hotel and the service as well as the courtesy of the staff is unique. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the evening meal in the hotel is also very good, but should not be the first choice. Explore the island, there is so much to see and experience and so many great restaurants as well. And there is also Venice, of course. It has become like a second home for us and we will be coming back very soon.

Only this time our original room had a small problem, but we were able to switch rooms immediately without any further fuss. Thank you for making this possible so uncomplicated.

We loved the outdoor seating area and the terrace overlooking the lagoon and the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of mainland Venice ,while it can be accessed easily from the nearby boat stop or a transfer arranged with the hotels shuttle service.Murano is wonderful in the evening so tranquil and quiet.The staff were very helpful.We met Mateo and Claudia whilst sat having a drink locally and he informed us he worked at the hotel .He was very passionate about his job and clearly loved his role on reception ,he is a credit to your hotel

We really couldn't fault this hotel but just to be picky a pot of coffee bought to the breakfast table would have been nice instead of having to ask for cups of coffee ,although this was no trouble to the staff,they were very frindly and helpful

Lovely new hotel with contemporary styling including design nods to Murano’s glass making fame. An inexpensive shuttle to San Zaccaria (near San Marco). A very comfortable bed (despite having a central zip. Nice shower etc. Great service from Elena and her front desk team, the restaurant staff and in particular a world class massage from Elisabetta in the spa. Cute (if over-lit) local trattoria either side of main entrance (the one on the left is better).

No shuttle back from the city between 4.30pm and 11pm is a bit strange. New rule means rooms can’t be chilled below 23 degrees, so we were too hot to sleep (although we were told this applies right across Italy it wasn’t the case in the other two hotels we stayed at on the same trip). Unlikely to return in the summer months. Paying for fast wifi shouldn’t be necessary in what is designed to be a business hotel. The complimentary water and coffee pods were not replaced after the first night, despite requests (we stayed 4 nights). No pool - feels like a missed trick in a city short of swimming pools. No hand or body lotion in the bathroom.

The NH Murano Villa had a very boutique feel about it with exceptional service and facilities. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room was fabulous, and the breakfast was the best breakfast spread I have ever had at a hotel. The guest relations team (Elisabetta especially) went above and beyond for us during the trip, and helped my husband plan a fantastic special birthday celebration for me. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Finally, the spa experience was excellent and the massage by Elizabetta (spa team) was out of this world - she was incredible.

N/A - we loved all aspects of our trip - i just wish we could have stayed longer.

On our first morning we decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel just to try and get more of the atmosphere in, but had breakfast at the hotel on the second day. We wished we had breakfast on the 1st day as it was excellent. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and that to was also excellent the restaurant manager and his staff went over and beyond. The staff were happy, happy to help and the place had a good atmosphere. The staff made it for us, nothing was too much trouble. Please keep up the good work and keep smiling.
