The sound of the waves under the windows and the wonderful seaview from the summer veranda were amazing. It is one of the best locations in Murano.

The owners don't speak English. They don't know even a couple of international words for cooperating and interacting. As for us, the owner was overaly hospitable and a little obsessive. However, all our requests were completed. We enjoyed and satisfied.

The journey over to Murano is spectacular and the view from our room did not disappoint. I don't think that we could have been any closer to the lagoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, they provided us with some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Our evenings were spent sitting on the terrace enjoying prosecco looking out at Venezia over the lagoon, the best view of the city in my opinion. Vaporetto stop is very close to the property too. Walking the 'riva' and 'fondamenti' of Murano was an absolute delight and the relaxed pace of this beautiful little island really suited us. Grazie mille Claudio and Team, for a wonderful and memorable stay at your beautiful casa! We look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful location to experience Venice living on the water. Claudio was a wonderful caring host who made you feel very welcome. He was also very helpful. Great with the translation app! Location was perfect with easy access to Venice, Burano and the airport by water. Such fun

Would have been nice if the simple coffee and croissant was included. Extra coat was not much but for the room cost seemed unnecessary. Only downside to the location was that the evening restaurant selection was very limited. What was one was great but most restaurants focused on the day time clients.

Everything! Staff, room, view, bed, garden, proximity to water taxi. We loved this place. The staff were so accomodating and told us everything about the island. Gave us a map with key areas. We explored but decided not to eat at o e of the restaurants, instead we chose take away to bring back to the garden area overlooking the water. Our son loved playing in the grass. Looking at the rocks and crabs, and also sharing his pizza crust with them. The view from the room was spectacular and the hospitality was next to none. We asked where to buy some ice for our drinks and they brought us some up to our room.. 3 times 😂. We had a lovely breakfast in the garden the next morning also. This place would be great for a family or a couple. We loved it. Property and the island.

That we only booked one night. We didn’t realise how lovely the place was. Wish we gave ourselves more time. Hidden gem.

Location is very convenient to the Murano Navagero ferry stop. It is a 3 min walk and it is easy to pull your luggage that far. The property location is on a peninsula overlooking the Venice Laguna. The owner Claudio is very friendly and has lived on the property for many years. He explained he converted to a B&B in 2016. There is a nice little garden with table and chairs set up to enjoy the evenings and look out over the water. Frederica, at the front desk was fluent in English and explained things about using the ferries and which stops to use in Venice. She made recommendations for dinner and lunch and both locations were great places to eat. We only stayed 2 nights and had one of the mini-suite rooms on the 2nd floor, I recommend those. Our traveling companions had a room on the 1st floor that was nice but did not have much extra space for their belongings. Both types of room had a water kettle for boiling water and a mini-refrigerator. We liked the Murano island location, it is away from the crowds in Venice. In the evenings the Murano day visitors go back to where they are staying and the streets are very calm and nearly deserted. We stayed at Casa Tulu B&B in early May.

For 5 Euros extra, each you can get a Cappuccino and a warm croissant. They are both delicious but if you want more to eat in the morning you should plan on having some food with you. A COOP supermarket is about a 10-12 min walk away. Also, was not told that there is a 10-euro tax per person needed at checkout and it needed to be cash. I was able to pay with US dollars but this would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have the correct amount in euros.

The room was just as advertised with a window and balcony right on the edge of the water. It was beautiful and relaxing, with the sounds of the waves right outside. We were able to agree on a check in time and allowed to store our luggage when we arrived a little earlier. Very helpful information by the hosts on which water buses to take (3, 41, or 42) and especially what we should do if we are trying to get to Murano at night. The location is also just steps away from one of the ferry stops so that made transporting luggage very easy.

It was a little hard to communicate quickly as the main method was email. We were given access to the host's Whatsapp but there was a language barrier, but it was really not a problem because we were given clear instructions by email. The city tax also had to be paid in cash on arrival, even though the booking says that the tax is included in price.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They were kind and helpful.

Because we were late in reserving a room, we had a smaller one with less of a view. That is on us because we didn't know until the last minute if we were going to be able to go. The garden, which is where we had breakfast the first morning however, had a great view! They also have a small patio area that you can sit at. From this location, you can walk to anywhere on the island of Murano for shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of Casa Sulla Laguna couldn't be more perfect, the view over the lagoon is incredible and Murano is a perfect place for a night. We walked to get food, a drink, to check out the glass shops, and to wander around the island - which Laguna was the perfect place to do that from. And the service and friendliness of the staff can't be overstated. They were helpful, thoughtful, offered us breakfast, and helped us get around Venice perfectly.

Honestly nothing! We have nothing negative to say about our stay at all :)

After staying at 16 different inns in Italy (pilgrimage walk over several weeks), I can honestly say this was my very favorite inn. Just look at those photos! Yes, gorgeous! Also, the owner is so so lovely. She didn't speak English but is REALLY good using Google translate on her phone. No problems communicating at all. I loved staying here and want to go back soon. BTW, Murano is a great place to stay if you don't want to deal with the crowds of Venice. Yes, lots of tourists during the day, but after 5pm, everyone leaves and the island is quiet and peaceful. Loved it.

Our host was the nicest man ever! Although his English wasn't super strong we were able to communicate well and we used google translate if necessary. Prior to our stay he went above and beyond with communicating how to get to the property and our ETA, ect. Our first day he had a map ready for us of all his recommendations and best transportation/routes. I was so thankful for his guidance! He prepared our breakfast and although it was an extra charge I felt that the price was fair and it was convenient to not have to go out and find breakfast. I loved the set up of the room. There was a large bedroom with a hallway connecting to a private toilet and sink and then a different "room" with a large shower with great water pressure!
