This was a great resort with lovely staff! Although the buildings are old the rooms and grounds and pool are very well maintained and clean. We loved our room, the mattress and pillows all felt new and it was very large. The location is great and you can walk to many little food areas or travel to scenic spots within the area.

We were lucky enough to be there to see the band on a Friday night play at the pool area but had we known we probably would have asked for a room away from the music as we had intended an early night and it was quiet loud. Just an FYI.

Fabulous location, large, comfortable and clean rooms and the best pool! The pool was unbelievable! Great to also have a kitchenette and a balcony.

Nothing really. The property is older but very well maintained. And it is wonderful value for money. We also enjoyed the restaurant.

The pool was beautiful, my children swam all the spare time we had. The room was clean, tidy and a great size for our family of 5. Staff we so lovely, helpful and worked hard to provide anything we requested. The in-hotel spa was amazing, lovely ladies working there. In-hotel restaurant was very good, lovely meals and drinks. Location in Candidasa, was very relaxed and quiet.

Although the building is weathered and looks run down, they are doing alot of maintenance work and everything inside is well kept.

Location Beachfront for some rooms..Mr.GUSTI, KOMENG, MADE, miss.KADEG from restaurant were excellent.

Non availability of Indian vegetarian food . Requested manager to put atleast 6../8..Indian vegetarian options on menu & let kitchen staff prepare atleast 4-/5 food items of vegitarian food when Indian guests arrive...for next day breakfast.it will attract more indian VEGITARIAN tourist to this beautiful coastal line of BALI.

We stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom share bathroom apartment. There was a happy vibe. Located on a point looking out to the ocean, pleasant for morning breakfast. A very nice restaurant almost next door was a lovely experience.

Our courtyard wasn't private or inviting. The rooms felt enclosed and was dated. The property was popular with older demographic.

Beautiful restaurant and pool over looking the ocean. A local band play Tuesday and Friday and they’re good . Our room was old but it was clean enough. The staff are lovely. The menu and food is great and reasonably priced. Lots of timeshare and expats at this hotel but they’re very welcoming.

This resort is a favourite of mine. Like many others it has been affected by the pandemic, and is not quite as flashy as it once was. However they have started to do the required maintenance work and repainting, so we're looking forward to it refinding its former glory. The ocean views are breathtaking, the pool is the perfect size and temperature (aswell asright next to the bar), and the staff are always wonderful and friendly. There are obviously small things to nit-pick and other reviews will show this. However overall this really is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a quieter side of Bali. If you like diving, snorkeling, boating or spearfishing I can wholeheartedly recommend this location as a perfect base of operations. Enjoy! 😊

Quite clean friendly

The guy that ran up to my adult kids at 2200hrs and told them not to smoke in the pool even though they using an ashtray. No one else near . Other ppl had glass at poolside!!

Overlooking the ocean, restaurant had reasonable prices, pool towels supplied. Adequate toiletries. Happy hour was great! Staff were exceptional special shout out to Yoyo and Lulu and all of Bali Palms Resort staff you made our stay memorable. Live band on Tuesday and Fridays made for a great evening.
