Reception arranged shuttle pickup to cruise ship, warned we should have requested shuttle at checkin. Day-of shuttle requests when shuttles are very busy could result in long waits. Location was steps to cruise port. But no walkins to port are allowed. Need pay-for shuttle/taxi or walk to free bus..

During our travels, I accompanied my 21-year-old son. I was delighted to find that he had his own separate living space and bathroom, providing us with privacy and comfort during our trip. The hotel was conveniently situated within close proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Moreover, it was positioned opposite the beach, where enchanting music could be heard. I took pleasure in leaving my balcony door ajar to savor the music. Additionally, both of us were provided with our own private balconies.

I disliked the small size of one of the showers and the poor bathroom lighting. The lights were blown out in both bathrooms.

Just one block from the Train Station and across the street from the beach. There were many restaurants just outside the front door off the sidewalk and others within a short walking distance. The bus shuttle to the ship is only a block away and only $6pp. The continental breakfast included coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, ham slices, cheese slices, bread, cereal, & rolls.

I liked everything about the property. In fact I got an ocean view room with a beautiful view.

it was close to the cruise port and a few places of historic viewing which was great, the staff were lovely & so was breakfast ,the room it self was spacious .

the view / picture shown on Booking.com ( which was amazing ) for the ocean view Junior suite which we paid a lot more for was nothing like what we had we were on ground level with only tree & street view this was very disappointing for our stay . Booking.com also stated tea & coffee making facilities in the room which there was none .

The hotel is a wonderful location just a block from the downtown area and also the cruise port. They offered a shuttle service to take people and their luggage to the cruise terminal. I had also been driving a car rented from Hertz. The drop off location for Hertz is just 1/2 block from the hotel. The hotel also offered a free parking lot behind it is we needed.

I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It'd be nice to have a bar but the one next door was good. The room was nice, clean, and larger than I expected. The location is perfect. I had a regular room with double bed and there was more than enough storage. I'd definitely stay there again when sailing. The man at check in was very nice.

No coffee in the morning unless I bought breakfast.

The hotel is in close proximity to the port. The staff were helpful and friendly. The property was clean. Easy check in and out.

The lock on the door was difficult to unlock, we had to ask the housekeeper to assist with opening the door. From then on we didn’t lock the door, because it was difficult to unlock from the inside.

Location was fantastic, just 60 seconds from the main square. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have ever had. Room was large with a good view.

Bed was top firm. We found it very difficult to find this hotel. We turned out to be close, but walked around for 15 minutes before we stumbled onto it on a tiny pedestrian alley. But once we found it, location was excellent.
